    So, I bought ski pants and bibs for me and the kids on September 8, 2023 from this outdoor store having a big sale. Got super stoked to get them, but then bam - got a message saying my order got the axe. Why? Apparently, the color I wanted was out of stock. Weird, right? Every other color was still up for grabs, just not the one I picked. Felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on us to get our deets. They offered me a measly 20% off one item to make up for it, but come on, that doesn't make up for the letdown and hassle of it all.

    Just got my new waterproof hiking boots from this online store and gotta say, it was a pretty awesome first-time experience. I had a question about my order and I gotta give props to the customer service. Jacob, the guy I talked to, was super helpful and really went out of his way to help me out. Even though I was confused about a promo code, Jacob stayed cool, professional, and friendly the whole time. He managed to apply the promo code to my order, even though it wasn't meant for the boots I got. Because of Jacob's amazing service, I'll definitely be coming back as a customer. And on top of that, my boots arrived really quickly, which was a nice surprise.

    backpack, 10-day delay

    So, I just bought this backpack from that store and let me tell you, I was not impressed at all. That thing just sat in their warehouse for a whole 10 days before they even thought about shipping it out. I had to hit them up twice to check on my order, but all they came back with was some typical corporate talk like "oh, it's in pending shipment status." Ugh, so frustrating. I got no real answers, so I had to play hardball and tell them I'd cancel my order if it didn't ship out that day because I needed it for a trip. And what do you know, an hour later I got a shipping notification. But get this, no expedited shipping like they promised and they didn't even bother replying to my emails. Absolutely brutal customer service. I'm steer clear of that place from now on.

    Snowboarding gear

    I just bought some snowboarding stuff from this outdoor store, and I gotta say, I'm super let down with how they handled things. The delivery company they used thought it'd be a bright idea to chuck my package into my neighbor's yard, and their dogs totally mauled it. Half my order is gone, and everything is all dirty now. When I contacted customer service about it, all they did was offer me ten bucks off my next purchase. Total joke.

    I ordered some jackets for skiing

    I ordered four jackets for skiing, eh, but they never showed up. I've been trying to get my money back for 4 weeks now, and I've talked to five different people from the company, eh. They keep saying they can't help me, so now I have to dispute it with my credit card, eh. Don't order from them, it's not worth it, eh. Terrible customer service, for sure.

    I recently snagged a great deal on some items I wanted to buy. I didn't get a confirmation email which seemed fishy, but I did jot down the confirmation number just in case. When I reached out to customer service to check on my order, they said they had no record of it. Flash forward 6 weeks and I get a bill for the order, but one item was noted as out of stock and couldn't be shipped. I was totally surprised because I had already bought the stuff somewhere else since my order was never confirmed. Had to call again to cancel an order that I wasn't even sure existed to begin with.

    Touring skins purchased

    I got myself a pair of touring skins from this company and boy, oh boy, was it a mess. The trimming tool was nowhere to be found and to top it off, I found some damage to the skin fibers upon a closer look. It was pretty clear that the item had already been returned and then sold to me. I really needed those skins for an upcoming trip, so I had to just deal with it. Long story short, I won't be telling anyone to go buy from this supplier.

    One time I needed a helmet for my skateboard, eh, and I found the best one from this site. It was a bit too small, so I had to return it. But you know returning stuff can be a hassle, eh?     I've been a customer at this store for so many years now, but I gotta say I'm super bummed about how things have been lately. The products and services have gone downhill big time.     I recently made a split online order from this company, and I still haven't gotten the second part after two months. Even though I've sent over a dozen emails, the customer service team, or "gearheads" as they like to be called, keep giving me excuses and not following through on their promise to deliver the rest of my order. But when I went to put in a second order, it got canned out of the blue - no reason given. So I thought, okay third time's the charm, right? Wrong. Supposedly my order got shipped with free shipping, but now it's stuck in some delivery mess in a city 300 miles away. They promised me a 5-day delivery window, and that ship has sailed - still no package in sight. Honestly, it's been super frustrating and I'd definitely advise folks to think twice before doing business with this company.
