Defective watch strap
I purchased a watch from this place as a gift three years ago, but the strap broke. When I tried to get it fixed, I found out it's a custom design that cannot be replaced. I contacted the brand for a spare part, but they no longer make it! What a waste of money for a watch that only lasted three years. I won't be shopping here again.

Educational platform
The platform was great, eh? It gave me a lot of helpful info from real scientists and experts. It was so much better than wading through a ton of YouTube videos. Hearing from these pros made me feel smarter and part of a community of people who think like me. I really liked learning about stuff like aliens, it really got me thinking! All in all, I thought the platform was enlightening and kept me interested.

Ski boots
So, I ordered these ski boots and, like, they were totally used with mud all over them. It was gross and the company didn't even care, you know? I messaged them but got no response! I even posted on their social media and got nothing.
