I recently bought a custom-designed tattoo as a thoughtful gift for someone who's having a rough time. I just made a custom order and had a great experience with the customer service team. The rep got in touch to double-check my address and was quick to respond. I asked about when my custom piece would be shipped, and although they took a bit longer to get back to me because of a backlog of emails, I got a message the next day saying my order was all packed up and would be sent out by the end of the week.

I bought something online on May 15 and it was supposed to arrive in about 5 business days. But when I checked about 10 business days later, it still hadn't been shipped. It was annoying to have to wait longer than I expected for my order to arrive.
