The website is awesome, super easy to navigate, and the product I received is absolutely amazing! However, it was a bit frustrating that I had to wait 17 days before getting any updates on my order.

I gotta say, their customer service ain't the best based on my experience, but you can't deny that the furniture at this place is top-notch. Most of the stuff in my home is from there, and besides one issue with a bed that got discontinued pretty quickly, I've been happy with how sturdy and nice-looking their products are. It's a shame that their customer service doesn't match the quality of their furniture, 'cause it can really turn people off. But I gotta give credit where it's due - their furniture's design and quality are outstanding, so it's hard for me to even think about going somewhere else for home furnishings.
