I was so happy with how cheap the games were at this store. They had a lot to choose from and the prices couldn't be beat. Plus, the customer service was top-notch. They fixed a problem I had at checkout super quickly and professionally. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my gaming stuff.

Subscription cancellation
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. The app is just awful, and on top of that, they wouldn't cancel my subscription when I asked. They even took money from me without asking first, so I had to deal with a bunch of problems to get my money back through PayPal. It's totally not cool, and I'd recommend avoiding this company to anyone.

Skincare products
The skincare products I got were really good, but man, the prices were kinda steep. The shipping literally took forever, it was so annoying. And then, to top it off, after I finally got my package, they started taking random amounts of money from my bank account with no warning. It felt sketchy that they could just dip into my bank like that.

backpack, 10-day delay
So, I just bought this backpack from that store and let me tell you, I was not impressed at all. That thing just sat in their warehouse for a whole 10 days before they even thought about shipping it out. I had to hit them up twice to check on my order, but all they came back with was some typical corporate talk like "oh, it's in pending shipment status." Ugh, so frustrating. I got no real answers, so I had to play hardball and tell them I'd cancel my order if it didn't ship out that day because I needed it for a trip. And what do you know, an hour later I got a shipping notification. But get this, no expedited shipping like they promised and they didn't even bother replying to my emails. Absolutely brutal customer service. I'm steer clear of that place from now on.

Two pair of shoes ordered, never delivered
I ordered two pairs of shoes from this store twice, eh, but they never came. I reached out to them, you know, but they kept saying they couldn't find my order, even though they took the money from my account. It's been months and I still don't have my shoes, eh. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure!

Coral bracelet
I just bought a coral bracelet to help clean up the oceans and was really looking forward to it. But I messed up by ordering it from a third-party seller and now I wish I hadn't. The bracelet came all wrapped up in plastic, totally going against the whole eco-friendly idea. It was a letdown to see that the packaging didn't match the organization's values. From now on, I'll make sure to order straight from the website so I can be sure my purchase is actually making a difference.

Vintage engagement ring with lab created diamond
I recently bought a vintage engagement ring that came with a lab-created diamond from this store. Let me tell you, the diamond was even more stunning and top-notch than I had anticipated. However, I was a bit bummed out that I had to actually reach out to the company to get an electronic copy of the International Gemological Institutes Diamond report. In my books, such a crucial document should have been included along with the ring without me having to ask for it separately. Despite this little hiccup, I am over the moon with the beauty and quality of the rock, which honestly looks even better than what was stated in the IGI report. I am head over heels with my ring and couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Security system monitoring and control
This product works like a charm! I had to keep an eye on a security system from my office, but the NVR is in another part of town. This solution lets me access and control the system from afar with no trouble at all. I haven't tested downloading files to a flash drive with it, but I'm pretty sure it'll work like a dream.
