    Pointy ballet shoes, uncomfortable, synthetic yarn

    So I bought these pointy ballet shoes at this store and man, I was pretty let down by them. They look really nice, but they're just brutal to wear. I've had them for a few months now, thinking maybe they'd break in and get more comfy, but no dice. The material they're made of doesn't stretch at all, so every time I wear them for a while, I end up with blisters.

    I decided to order some new shoes because I thought they looked really cute on the website. But when I got them, they took forever to arrive! I tried asking why they were taking so long, but the customer service people were really mean and just kept telling me to read the rules. So rude! I even tried calling, but no one answered.     Two pair of shoes ordered, never delivered

    I ordered two pairs of shoes from this store twice, eh, but they never came. I reached out to them, you know, but they kept saying they couldn't find my order, even though they took the money from my account. It's been months and I still don't have my shoes, eh. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure!

    I got these awesome shoes, but then I realized I made a mistake with the shipping speed. So, I sent them an email, but they just said they couldn't do anything about it. Now I have to order another pair and waste more shoes just to return the first ones. Why can't they just adjust the shipping speed? Their customer service is terrible. Seriously, they should be more eco-friendly and customer-friendly, you know? And now I'm kicking myself for using that promo code. Ugh, definitely not buying from them again!

    Steel-toe boots

    Oh man, I had the worst time trying to swap out my steel-toe boots at that store. The customer service was just awful. I ended up wasting over an hour talking to a bunch of different employees who didn't seem to care about actually helping me out. Their supposed "free and easy" return/exchange policy is totally misleading. It's like they make it super complicated on purpose. I was definitely not happy with how things went down there.

    3 months wait, no refund

    I bought these shoes like three months ago, but I still haven't got them or my money back. It's been such a hassle, you know? They took way longer to ship than they said, and then they got held up in customs. I emailed customer service about it, and they did reply at first, but now they haven't done anything to fix the problem or give me my money back. It's been more than three months now, and they're not even talking to me anymore. It's just really frustrating how they're not being straight-up or taking responsibility.

    Sustainable Shoes Purchase

    I've been buying shoes from this company for years, and I've also got my family hooked on them. The colors are great, and they're stylish yet eco-friendly. They're comfy, too, as long as you get the right size. But I've noticed they're trailing behind other companies that offer cheaper sustainable heels. Hopefully, they step up their game soon.

    My online shoes order

    So, I ordered these really cute shoes online and OMG, it was a total disaster! When the package arrived, instead of my awesome shoes, I got some weird knockoff shoes that looked like they came from a flea market or something. And to make it worse, the price I was charged was totally different from what I saw on the website. Like, what a rip-off! So now I'm trying to get my money back and it's such a headache.     I love these shoes, but let me tell you, the service is terrible! I've been a loyal customer for years, but the customer service is a mess. I get we're in a pandemic, but waiting over 20 business days for help is just ridiculous. And then to be told to wait even longer? That's just adding insult to injury. I had to turn to PayPal for help, luckily their protection saved the day.

    Unresponsive customer service

    Unfortunately, I recently had a really bad experience with this company. My order got lost by the shipping courier and even though I tried reaching out to customer support through email and their website multiple times, I didn't get any response. Finally, when I was able to speak to someone through their online chat, they told me they couldn't help me until the courier updated the tracking information, even though the courier already said my package was lost. This lack of communication and support has left me feeling frustrated and unhappy with the company. I was really looking forward to trying out their products as a first-time customer, but the terrible customer service has completely put me off from ever shopping with them again. Now, I'll have to deal with the hassle of filing a dispute with my credit card company just to get a refund.

    Just wanted to share my experience with returning a pair of shoes I bought online. The shipping within Canada was super quick, got my order in just a few days. But when I tried to return the shoes, it was a bit of a headache. The return process seemed simple, but when I printed out my labels and went to the shipping centre, they told me I needed a commercial invoice. The customer service agent I talked to didn't really get why I was having trouble and just kept saying sorry, mentioning that their team was trying to fix it. It was frustrating not being understood and it ended up being a waste of my time.

    I bought a pair of flats because my friend had them and I really liked the brand's eco-friendly approach. The person at the store suggested getting a bigger size for a better fit, but they ended up being too big and didn't have any arch support. The color was also darker than I thought it would be.     Holes in shoes after minimal wear

    I bought these shoes and I was really disappointed when they started getting holes on the toe and sides after just a few months of wearing them only once or twice a week. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement or refund, but they didn't want to help at all. It's frustrating to spend a lot of money on shoes that end up being the least durable pair I've ever had. It's too bad because I actually liked how they looked and they were pretty comfy.

    I just bought something from a company that I usually like, but this time it wasn't great. The product wasn't great quality and the service was not good at all. The website was hard to use and the delivery took way longer than I thought. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
