I bought a pair of flats because my friend had them and I really liked the brand's eco-friendly approach. The person at the store suggested getting a bigger size for a better fit, but they ended up being too big and didn't have any arch support. The color was also darker than I thought it would be. I tried wearing them with and without the extra support, but they still gave me blisters and made my feet ache. Definitely not a comfy pair of shoes.
