New customer experience
I decided to order some new shoes because I thought they looked really cute on the website. But when I got them, they took forever to arrive! I tried asking why they were taking so long, but the customer service people were really mean and just kept telling me to read the rules. So rude! I even tried calling, but no one answered. Ugh, worst experience ever. I'm definitely not shopping here again!

Round lighted mirrors
I've been a customer of this company for a long time and I've always been happy with the stuff they sell. But I've run into a bit of trouble lately with two round lighted mirrors I bought. I tried everything on their website to fix them, but they still won't light up. Before, I could always count on their great phone support to help me out, but now there's no phone support at all. It's kind of frustrating and makes me wonder if their products are as good as I thought.

These vitamins are great, eh? I've been searching for a plain old vitamin without all those extra additives, and I finally came across this one. Shipping was quick, but I would prefer if they had a regular capsule instead of the minty taste. Besides that, I think they're pretty good, eh?
