Chocolate chip cookie and latte
I went and got myself a chocolate chip cookie and a latte, and it was just like, meh. But then I waited forever for it to arrive and the service was seriously awful. They didn't even say sorry for being late, and I had to bug them twice about it. And they always use this delivery company that keeps screwing up, but they never admit fault. It's so frustrating!
Monthly unauthorized charges
What a nightmare dealing with this company, eh? I thought signing up for their monthly subscription would be a good idea to get their products regularly, but boy was I wrong. I recently bought a porcelain holder and candle set as a gift for a friend who went through a tough time recently. The online delivery came with four happy birthday gift cards, but I couldn't add a personal message. I tried contacting Customer Service to see if they could print out a message on plain paper to add to the gift, but they were really rude and unhelpful. Even though the brand seems calm and beautiful on the outside, the Customer Service was far from it. It's sad to see a brand that's supposed to be about mindfulness and beauty lacking empathy and understanding.
