    I recently bought a porcelain holder and candle set as a gift for a friend who went through a tough time recently. The online delivery came with four happy birthday gift cards, but I couldn't add a personal message. I tried contacting Customer Service to see if they could print out a message on plain paper to add to the gift, but they were really rude and unhelpful. Even though the brand seems calm and beautiful on the outside, the Customer Service was far from it. It's sad to see a brand that's supposed to be about mindfulness and beauty lacking empathy and understanding.

    Oh man, let me tell you about this subscription I tried out. It was total garbage! I wasted a ton of money on it and all I got in return was heartburn and burps that tasted like fish.     The delivery service was such a letdown. They kept changing the estimated time of arrival and even switched drivers a few times, which caused a delay. When the food finally showed up, it was all cold. It was clear they weren't organized, and it really put a damper on the whole thing.     I recently had this thing happen with a subscription service that really disappointed me. So, I decided to cancel my subscription at first because I wasn't too sure about the stuff they were sending me. But then the company went and offered me a 30% discount, so I thought "why not?" and decided to give it another chance. I wanted to change my delivery date, but then I got hit with some unexpected charges on my credit card. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund, the company said no way. It's pretty frustrating to deal with mistakes and bad customer service from a company. They should really be more clear with their customers and fix their errors to keep people happy and trusting them.

    I bought a cool product.

    So, the product was great and everything, but the customer service was really terrible. It's like they only want to put you on auto pay and don't care about changing your delivery date at all. Plus, they hardly respond to emails, which is really irritating.
