Monthly unauthorized charges
What a nightmare dealing with this company, eh? I thought signing up for their monthly subscription would be a good idea to get their products regularly, but boy was I wrong. They started charging my credit card without asking, and it was a real pain trying to cancel. Customer service was useless, claiming they couldn't even find my account. After a bunch of failed attempts to reach them, I had to cancel the direct debit through my bank. And they still managed to sneak in another charge! What a mess. Trust me, stay away from this company and find something better, eh.

Sustainable socks purchase
I just bought some sustainable socks from this company and I am super impressed with the quality and the mission they have. The socks are made from organic cotton, they fit really well, and the designs are really cool. What I like the most is that they donate a part of the sales to causes like hunger, clean water, and reforestation. It's nice to see a company that is really dedicated to making a difference in the world through their business. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more and I'll recommend Conscious Step to anyone who wants to shop ethically.

Customized Tumblers
I figured I was being smart by getting customized tumblers as gifts for my pals. But let me tell you, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. I put in my order back in early October, and they said it would be ready in no time. Well, fast-forward to three months later, and I still haven't gotten anything. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but I've just been met with crickets. Finally, at the end of November, they got back to me asking for changes to my artwork, only to ghost me again without giving me a clear shipping date. It's Christmas now, and I've got nothin' to show for my order. I'm definitely gonna ask for a refund and take my business elsewhere.

I recently bought a knife sharpening kit from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got.
