Quietly impressed

I was pretty unsure before buying — worried they'd be bulky or awkward and that the price would sting. After a couple of weeks of daily use most doubts faded. First try felt a bit odd, but the fit's comfy, the app is simple and actually useful. Nobody's noticed them; I've even had to tell people. Service was organised and helpful too.

Totally worth it — I ended up switching and kept the second set. I first saw them at my audiologist's clinic and told my sister about them next day. The first pair didn't cut it, but staff let me try another model under the same 45-day trial. Pleasantly surprised by the care and follow-up.

New fit feels better

Been through a bunch of aids, about ten sets, OTC and prescription. These are the best so far, honestly. The clip-on mic has made talking with my wife way easier, that’s the main win. Music setting still seems off on my phone, could be tuned better. Had a second appointment and wasn’t sure what to say, but overall it’s improved. A tiny relief, really.

Mid-coffee surprise

I was halfway through making coffee when the delivery guy knocked and I realised how much I'd been worrying about this. The aids came fast, setup and hearing test at the local Hear USA clinic were straightforward — they tuned the devices so TV and phone sounded natural. Staff were patient with my questions and pretty reachable for follow-ups, though booking the first appointment took a couple of tries. I use them daily for work calls and walks; overall relieved and quietly pleased.

I wouldn't bet on their follow-through. Got an unsolicited text saying I was one of six in town for a trial, replied I was interested, filled a short questionnaire, and was told someone would call in 15 minutes. A few hours later they texted that they'd tried to call and asked if I was still interested — I said yes. Then nothing. Kind of annoying because the form itself was easy and specific, which made me expect better. I've been ghosted before, but this felt like poor coordination, not just bad luck.

Great hearing, messy return

at the office, on walks with the dog, and while bingeing shows so I don't ask the same question ten times. Sound is clear, battery life decent, and my partner jokes I now hear the kettle before it screams. The only real sour note was the return/box debacle: I packed everything, handed it to the US UPS driver, and then got letters claiming a tablet was missing and threatening legal action. I don't have it, I told them, but two letters later I'm still stressed. Hoping someone fixes that — otherwise, I'm happy with the product and the overall company; their support team could be nicer, though.

Wireless rechargeable hearing aids

Man, let me tell ya, these wireless rechargeable hearing aids have made a huge difference in my life. I used to stress about always having to buy new batteries and change them out, but now I can just plug these babies in at night and wake up with a full charge that lasts all day, like at least 12 hours. It's so awesome not having to deal with batteries anymore, it's a total game-changer for me. And on top of that, they're super lightweight and comfy to wear, sometimes I forget I even have them on. I really recommend these to anyone who wants a smooth and effective hearing experience.

These hearing aids have been amazing for me. I can finally hear things that I haven't been able to hear in a while, like the quiet voices of my grandkids. JC, my online helper, was super helpful when I had some trouble with the sound. He showed me how to change the wax guards, and that fixed everything. I was a bit nervous about doing everything online, even the hearing test, but it all went well and I'm really happy with how it all turned out.

Appointment mix-up and billing issue

I had a really bad experience with this company. I was supposed to have an appointment on a day when the doctor wasn't even there, which was a total waste of my time and caused a lot of problems. I had to cancel everything, and now the credit company keeps bugging me about paying for services and equipment that I never got. Dealing with their incompetence and not following through is so frustrating.

The audiologist was so great in helping me get the best settings for my new hearing aids. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the changes. I really appreciated their patience and how knowledgeable they were. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend their services to others.

I recently got a hearing aid from a pro named Brittany Lambreth at a company that specializes in hearing stuff. Before Brittany, I tried two other hearing aids with no luck. But Brittany really knew her stuff and helped me find the right product and set me up with a good audiologist in my area. She took the time to explain things well and make sure I felt good about my choice. Her support has been great, and I really appreciate all the help she's given me. The whole team at the company has been awesome too. Thanks to them, my audiologist Lindsey Bush, and the Signia hearing aids, I can hear so much better now. I'm so grateful for Hear.com's help and would totally recommend them to anyone who needs hearing solutions.

I just got new hearing aids and they're really awesome! This guy named Russ helped me out at first and he was so cool, smart, and nice. Then I talked to some other people like Rosemary who were also really nice. They were all really good at their jobs and helped me so much. I can't afford the hearing aids right now, but they're really great and everyone recommended them.

I was so happy with how easy it was to have my audiologist appointment online. I didn't need to stress about getting to a clinic because they sent everything to my house. The audiologist I talked to on Zoom was super nice and did a great job explaining my hearing situation. It all went really well and I was really happy with the service I got.

My new hearing aids

My experience getting my new hearing aids was awesome! The audiologist was so patient and explained everything in a way that made sense to me. They gave me this neat "office in a box" with all the things I needed for my exam. And the best part was that my new hearing aids were in there too! Throughout the 45-day trial period, they were always available to address any questions or worries I had. It was such a fantastic experience!

The hearing aids I bought just weren't cutting it anymore. I was having trouble following conversations and missing important words. So, I saw an ad for an open house at a hearing aid store and figured why not give it a shot. I ordered a kit for a hearing test and got to meet with Dr. Gauthier Scherlizin. He adjusted the hearing aids to fit my needs and did a word recognition test. He figured out what was going on and gave me a list of words to practice for 15 minutes every day. Thanks to the personalized care I got, my word recognition has gotten a lot better. Big shoutout to the whole team at the store for all their help and support. Much appreciated!

I recently bought a pair of hearing aids from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with the help and info that the staff provided. The close contact and links given by the support team were super useful in helping me pick the right hearing aids for me. The graphics they gave me made it easier to understand how the tech works and how it can help me in my daily life. I really liked the detailed info on how to take care of my new hearing aids, since I didn't know much about it before. I also thought the info on Bluetooth tech was cool and it made me want to learn more about how it can make my hearing better. I gotta say, I was pretty skeptical when I first saw an ad for an "online" hearing aid. I mean, how could that even work, you know? But, I figured I'd give it a try anyways, and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised. The service I got was amazing, and the hearing aid itself turned out to be really good.
