First issue, they used an old way to calculate shipping fees based on order amount, not weight or distance. Second issue, they wouldn't fix a small address mistake, causing unnecessary stress. Third issue, they split the shipment unexpectedly, so only a pen got here on time. It's May 14th now, and the rest of the stuff still hasn't been sent to USPS, messing up the delivery schedule. I'm gonna ask for a shipping fee refund because of the bad communication and service. Make sure to file a claim with your credit card bank to sort it out. Levenger needs to step up their game with communication and service if they want to keep customers.
