Stuck cards, quick response from customer support, warranty replacement, happy with the wallet
I had this issue with my wallet where my cards were getting stuck and not coming out smoothly. So, I contacted customer support for help, and they got back to me super fast. They gave me some tips to try and fix it, but no luck. Luckily, my wallet was still under warranty, so they offered me a replacement. I have to say, I was really impressed with how great the customer service was.

Zipper repair
I melted the zipper on my jacket by accident and had to send it in for repair. The customer service I got was really amazing. The staff knew what they were doing and helped me out with getting it fixed. And the best part? They didn't even charge me for the repair and sent it back to me quickly. I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.

Sleep pillow purchase
I ordered a sleep pillow online that was supposed to be super comfy and give me the best sleep ever. The description of the product got me all excited, and the reviews were all positive, so I was really looking forward to it. But, when the pillow finally came, I was so surprised to see it had some nasty stains on it, like it had been used before. I was grossed out that they sent me a used pillow without checking it. I decided to email customer service right away, but I didn't get any reply back. So, I thought I would try calling them instead. Every time I called, I kept getting disconnected after waiting on hold for only 20 seconds. This whole experience has been super disappointing and frustrating for me. The lack of response and the terrible customer service has definitely left me feeling let down about my purchase.

Eh, I've bought stuff from this online fabric shop a bunch of times now, and honestly, I've been really impressed every time. The fabric is top-notch, and the service is always on point. The cuts are nice and big, which is great since a little hand-cut wonkiness is totally normal. Plus, they always deliver right on time like they say. I really dig the care they put into everything and the overall quality of their stuff.
