Helped beyond the basics
Helped beyond the basics
ServiceSupport helped fix our Google Advanced consent mode issue. Daniele suggested things beyond the widgets. I use this for our small e-shop. Helpful, but slow.
Quick help, small caveat
Quick help, small caveat
ServiceI dropped this into our small online shop and the support seriously saved me time — replies were fast and clear, we had the cookie banner live within hours. Price isn't the cheapest but fair for that help.

ServiceWas wary at first — install wouldn’t cooperate on my small blog, called support, a rep walked me through it, now it runs smooth and I'm pretty relieved.
Support that stuck
Support that stuck
ServiceI was halfway through setting this up when the editor froze. I've used iubenda for years and it was straightforward at the start. I hit a glitch and Angel from support stuck with me, escalated to the internal team and reconnected after a couple logouts — honestly relieved, a bit grumpy.
Rough install, decent delivery

App & PortalHalfway through the install I wanted to quit — setup was clunky, docs vague and their support felt distant. I first saw Iubenda on a developer Slack channel and recommended it to our web lead, so there was pressure. In the end it worked and delivery of license and final script arrived without fuss, so I'm relieved.
Almost walked away, then the refund helped
Almost walked away, then the refund helped
ServiceI was on a deadline, laptop at the kitchen table, trying to get T&Cs and a privacy page up after moving my little shop online. I’d been burned before, so I’m picky. The site says those docs come with every plan, but on my Starter plan it blocked the T&Cs and nagged me to upgrade. The interface felt messy, too many add-ons — kept getting the vibe they wanted to sell me extras instead of just doing the job. I asked for a refund out of frustration. The moment I felt actually satisfied was when support processed the refund fast and explained the limitation. That small human touch made it less annoying, honestly. I'd try again if they simplify things.
Good product, messy billing
Good product, messy billing
Complaintsemails full of contradictory statements, claims my auto-renew was still active, then later an email saying they’d 'fixed' it. Small comfort that the bank stopped the withdrawals. Seen cleaner cancellations elsewhere, and it left me wary to trust them again. Useful service, but billing process needs real work.
Almost cancelled — glad I stuck with it
Almost cancelled — glad I stuck with it
ServiceI was really on the fence before signing up. Had a bad run with subscriptions that were impossible to cancel, so I was expecting hassle. I needed this for a small client site and wanted something simple while I moved apartments and then travelled. I set it up, then took the site down because the client paused the project. I forgot to cancel the subscription when I left the country for three months. Classic me, right? I braced for the worst when I saw the charge. I messaged support as soon as I landed, half expecting scripted responses and a hard no. To my surprise they actually read what I wrote. There was a policy, sure. But the rep went a bit further, asked a few questions, and agreed to a partial refund since the site was inactive. It wasn't instant and there was a bit of back-and-forth. A few automated emails made me nervous again. But in the end the money showed up. I'm relieved. Not perfect, but better than I thought. If you worry about hidden fees or rigid rules, fair warning — they have policies — but their team can be reasonable when you explain things. I’m glad I gave them a chance.

Communicationno clear way to opt out. I can be pragmatic about marketing emails, but when you’re shoved a compliance scare that references Google Analytics and possible penalties, it feels like pressure, not help. I did appreciate that they included a short note saying the scan isn’t perfect and to double-check things myself — that bit felt slightly more honest, at least. I started getting these messages about two weeks ago and they kept coming at odd times, which added to the uneasy feeling. I marked the messages as spam after a couple of repeats, but I can see how someone less careful might follow the “discover missing services” link. Emotionally, it’s annoying more than enraging — a nuisance that wastes time and attention. If you’re looking for a friendly, transparent approach to privacy checks, this didn’t feel like it. A clearer unsubscribe and less alarmist phrasing would go a long way.
