I did appreciate that they included a short note saying the scan isn’t perfect and to double-check things myself — that bit felt slightly more honest, at least. I started getting these messages about two weeks ago and they kept coming at odd times, which added to the uneasy feeling. I marked the messages as spam after a couple of repeats, but I can see how someone less careful might follow the “discover missing services” link. Emotionally, it’s annoying more than enraging — a nuisance that wastes time and attention. If you’re looking for a friendly, transparent approach to privacy checks, this didn’t feel like it. A clearer unsubscribe and less alarmist phrasing would go a long way.

My experience with this company was terrible all the way through. Their scripts weren't working properly, and even after showing them evidence of the problem, they didn't want to admit it. It was a nightmare trying to communicate with them since they only replied once a day because they are located in Italy. They were not helpful at all, so we had to contact our original salesperson just to get a response. It was really annoying, especially when we had a deadline to meet.

The only thing I wish they did better was sending personalized emails for updates.
