Good product, messy billing
Complaintsemails full of contradictory statements, claims my auto-renew was still active, then later an email saying they’d 'fixed' it. Small comfort that the bank stopped the withdrawals. Seen cleaner cancellations elsewhere, and it left me wary to trust them again. Useful service, but billing process needs real work.
