Trust built slowly

I was on the fence before ordering — wondered about build and fit — but a few weeks in my doubts faded. Customer support actually answered like real people, clear and precise. The wallet holds up, looks good, and I’d tell others to try one. Slightly relieved, honestly.

Saved my move, with a caveat

I bought these for a small move and because my lower back's been acting up, so I needed to avoid heavy lifting. The material feels sturdy and the vacuum does its job — once you learn the seal. At first the zip was really tight and I didn't want to force it, so I messaged Ekster. They answered super fast with clear tips. A simple manual in the box would help.

Two-year letdown

Don't expect this to last. I used it every day for cards, receipts and my commuter pass, and after two years the elastic strap finally gave out. I emailed support and they basically said to buy a whole new wallet — no spare bands sold. Kinda annoying because the leather, lining and stitching are still in great shape, which was a nice surprise. So unless you don't mind tossing a mostly fine wallet, shop for something repairable.

My husband wasn't sure about the Parliament wallet I got him for Father's Day last year, but he ended up loving it! However, a few months ago, his debit cards started slipping out of the card slot for some reason. So, I decided to make a warranty claim, and I was so happy with how easy and fast the process was. I sent in the claim yesterday, and this morning got an email saying a replacement is already on its way. It's not every day you find such helpful and friendly customer service, so big shoutout to the team for making this whole thing stress-free and pleasant.

I got myself an aluminum wallet not long ago and I gotta say, it's even better than I expected. The design is so sleek and the size is perfect for carrying a couple of cards and some cash. Even after using it for almost two years, the mechanics still work like a charm, which really shows how well it's made. The only problem I had was with the cash band tearing, probably because of the old silicon material. But when I reached out to customer service about it, they were super helpful.
