I bought a wallet from a different store three years ago and sadly lost one of the parts. That store had closed down, so I reached out to Ekster to see if they could help me out. I was amazed when they not only said they'd send me the missing part for free, but also gave me top-notch customer service the whole time. I was really impressed by how far they went for someone who didn't even buy from them originally. It really shows how dedicated they are to making their customers happy, and sets a great example of top-notch service in the business.

I just bought some watches and accessories, and when I ordered them, I got a tracking number right away which was exciting. But then I found out that the stuff was coming from different places and being delivered by different delivery guys, which was a bummer. The first package showed up super quick in just over 2 days, which was awesome. But the second one took a whole week just to get to the delivery guy, and I still don't have it. They told me it should be here in 2 days, though. The whole thing is annoying - not knowing when my stuff will get here and having to deal with different delivery times from random couriers.
