My wallet's ejection thingy broke after I had it for 22 months. I tried to make a warranty claim on the website but had some trouble with the "Return and warranty" section. Thankfully, I emailed customer service and they helped me out right away. They swapped my old wallet for a brand new one due to the 2-year warranty. I'm grateful for the fast fix!

I used this travel search engine to book a flight recently and I wasn't too happy with it. The website was all over the place and hard to figure out, so it was tough to find good deals. The search results weren't very reliable and sometimes showed prices that were old or flights that weren't even available. Customer service was pretty much non-existent, taking forever to get back to me when I had questions. All in all, I was let down by the service.

I think I messed up when I tried to switch my subscription to a lifetime membership, but the customer service team was super helpful and fixed everything right away. They were great at keeping me updated and they sorted out my problem within a few days. And let me tell you, this language learning app is something else! I've tried a bunch of them before, but Mondly really takes the cake. It not only teaches me well, but also inspires me to keep learning and get better at the language.
