Leather cardholder with slight defect
So I bought this really neat leather cardholder, but when it came, there was a tiny defect on it. I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to shoot them an email anyway. That's when Bianca, this amazing lady, replied to me super fast! She took care of everything and sent me a brand new cardholder that was flawless. Their customer service is seriously top-notch, I'm impressed!
