Pens purchase
I used to really enjoy shopping at that store, eh, but my recent experience with them was a letdown, ya know. I ordered two different pens, but I actually got two of the exact same one, eh. And to top it off, the quality of the pens was way lower than I had hoped for - they looked cheap and flimsy. It's a real shame to see a company that used to have such cool stuff now not meeting expectations.
Graduation gifts for nephew
I got lots of gifts for my nephew's grad, spending $250 in total. I chose the $76 shipping option for "3-4 business days" instead of the $24 economy one. First issue, they used an old way to calculate shipping fees based on order amount, not weight or distance. Second issue, they wouldn't fix a small address mistake, causing unnecessary stress. Third issue, they split the shipment unexpectedly, so only a pen got here on time. It's May 14th now, and the rest of the stuff still hasn't been sent to USPS, messing up the delivery schedule. I'm gonna ask for a shipping fee refund because of the bad communication and service. Make sure to file a claim with your credit card bank to sort it out. Levenger needs to step up their game with communication and service if they want to keep customers.
Excellent Customer Service Experience
I just wanted to tell you about my awesome experience with one of your staff members when I was making a purchase. This person, who I won't mention by name, was so helpful and really understood what I needed. They went above and beyond what I asked for. It's not often you see such high-quality service these days, so I really appreciate it. Thanks for the great help!
Back-ordered items
Hey there, as a customer, I bought some stuff recently and was bummed to see that some of the items were on back order after I got part of my order. It would've been nice to know beforehand, would have saved me some time and trouble. When I reached out to customer service, I got different arrival dates for the back-ordered items, which just made things more confusing and annoying. The lack of clear communication during the ordering process left me with a bad impression, and now I'm thinking twice about buying from this company again.

Convertible Clutch Purchase
I got this really cool clutch the other day and when I contacted customer service, Debbie was amazing! She gave me a discount and told me all about RFID protection for passports - so neat! She also mentioned some passport holders with neat features like boarding pass pockets and pen loops.
Personalized replacement order
The customer service rep I dealt with, Wisline Pierre-Giles, really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with a customized replacement order. I had problems with two orders that were missing personalization, but Wisline was able to help me get a replacement in time for my granddaughter's special event. I was really impressed by her understanding, problem-solving abilities, and top-notch customer service. Her kind voice, great manners, and empathy made the whole experience really nice. I can't thank her enough for all her amazing help.
Leather notebook cover purchase
I recently bought a leather notebook cover from this company and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. I was having trouble finding the right product, so I decided to give them a call. Luckily, I got to talk to Debra Rausch, and let me tell you, she was amazing. Debra was so friendly, helpful, and professional. She knew her stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. Planner refill in Junior size
Just got a planner refill, thought it was gonna be Junior size, but got the full size European A6 instead. Called customer service and they told me it was my fault for not reading their site carefully. Seriously? How about owning up to your mistakes instead of blaming customers. I'm done giving them my money and taking my business elsewhere.
Incorrect item sent
I just bought a pen display box/case from this company, but they ended up sending me the wrong thing. I let them know, and they said I could get a refund and keep or donate the wrong item. The only thing is, they didn't give me back the money I paid for shipping even though it was their fault.
Folio purchase - Personalized folio for daughter's birthday
Oh my goodness, I bought this really cool folio to give to my daughter for her birthday. But when she got it, there was no name on it, like, what? So I contacted customer service, and they fixed it by sending a new one with her name on it. Whew! But then I got this passport holder for my hubby with his initials and it came with no personalization! I was so mad because we needed it for our trip. They said they would send a new one with the initials, but then they just refunded me for the personalization, like, what a bummer. I'm so sad that such a great company with awesome stuff is making these mistakes now. I used to buy so much stuff from them for my home office, but now I'm not so sure anymore.
Luxurious stationery box
I was totally impressed with the fancy stationery box I bought, and the customer service was amazing! The rep fixed minor issues quickly, showing great efficiency in online shopping. The box was even better than I thought - well-made, looks beautiful, and just the right size. I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be back for more. Bravo!
Personalized leather notebook
I've been a customer of this company for many years, back when they were in Florida. I've bought a lot of pens at really good prices from their outlet store over the years. Even after they moved to Tennessee, I kept supporting them because I liked their products. But lately, I've noticed some changes in their discounts and free shipping policies that have been confusing and annoying. Recently, I had a problem with an order and found out that cancelling it within an hour wasn't as easy as I thought. Because of all these issues, I've decided to stop buying from this company.
Delayed Order Fiasco
I ordered some items on March 15th because they were said to be in stock, but things went really bad after that. My credit card got charged right away, but on March 20th, I got an email saying my order was delayed. When I reached out to customer service to get an idea of when my stuff would actually arrive, I heard all sorts of excuses and promises that didn't end up happening. Turns out the items were out of stock until May 20th, and I only got a shipping notification on that day. I'm not gonna lie, this whole situation has totally put me off buying anything else from this company.
Notebook purchase
I just bought a notebook and had a great experience with Wisline. She really understood what I was looking for and made sure to place my order in the best way possible for me. Wisline was so patient and even told me about a bonus I could get. She discussed all the options with me and made sure everything was perfect. I am so grateful for Wisline's helpful and kind service.
Leather notebooks purchase
The leather notebooks were okay, but I was really let down by the way they handled the communication and shipping. Even though I ordered stuff early, it took a whole 8 days for them to even send it out. They didn't reply to any of my emails or calls asking about my order, which was super annoying and uncool. I've been a customer for a long time, but this whole thing has made me not want to shop there anymore.
Ordered the wrong size Tabbed dividers
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size of tabbed dividers, but luckily Sarah from customer service was really nice and helped me fix it by canceling the order and putting in a new one with the right size, as well as my other items. She even gave me a discount that I earned before. Thanks a lot, Sarah, for the great customer service! That's why I always come back to order from this place. 🙂
Pen order
Oh my goodness, I ordered these really cute pens months ago, and they still haven't arrived! Like seriously, what's going on?! This is like the third time they've taken forever to send my order! I understand that things can go wrong, but this is ridiculous! I just really want my pens so I can doodle in my journal!
Leather goods and fine papers
The stuff they sell at this store is really top-notch, no doubt about it. The quality of the leather items and fancy papers is truly exceptional. But, let me tell you, the process to order and the time it takes for delivery leaves a lot to be desired. The website is not very easy to use, and finding what you want can be a bit of a challenge. And don't even get me started on how long it takes for your order to arrive! Unless you're willing to pay a pretty penny for faster shipping, get ready to feel like you're waiting forever. It's a real shame because the products themselves are worth it, but it's frustrating to wait so long just to get them.
Excellent customer service
I recently had a great experience with a super helpful and professional customer service agent who really went the extra mile to help me out with my order. She was able to quickly fix several issues I was having, like sorting out a mistake with my shipping address and handling an item that was out of stock. She made sure to explain everything clearly so I knew what was going on and how she was fixing things. She even gave me a new delivery date and helped with redirecting a package. I was really happy with the excellent service she provided.
