Training services
I had a pretty bad time at a training center near me not too long ago. The first day of training was a mess, with a language barrier between me and the trainer that made it hard to learn. Even though I speak Mexican, the management singled me out and said I wasn't right for the job, which felt like they were discriminating against me. The Chinese bosses seemed a bit clueless and were too fast to fire people without giving them another shot. In the end, I was left feeling annoyed and unready because of the poor communication and lack of help.
