I recently bought something from the company's website and had a really bad experience. It looked like everything was fine at first when I went to pay, but then a popup showed up adding an extra €60 in taxes without asking me. It seemed like they were trying to trick people and make them pay more. I reached out to customer service by email and chat right away, but it took them 3 days to get back to me. They told me to reject the delivery for a refund, but I wasn't sure if I could trust them after they weren't clear about the extra charge. Overall, I was really unhappy with how the company behaved and didn't take responsibility for what happened.

I bought some vitamins and stuff but they never arrived, so my mom checked the bank statement and found out that someone used our credit card for gambling! We contacted the sheriff to report it. I believe there's a thief working there and they don't even deliver the items you order. Maybe they're connected to the boss or something.

Recycled cotton yarn
This recycled cotton yarn was a total letdown. I was really looking forward to using it and got a bunch of different colours, but it turned out to be super low quality. The yarn was coarse and didn't work well for the projects I wanted to do. I had to go and buy new yarn in the right colours, which was a waste of both cash and time. I was hoping for better from a product that said it was 'recycled' - you'd think they could make a higher quality yarn.

Faulty Bistro Milk Frother
I bought the Bistro Milk Frother not too long ago, but sadly it seems like I got a defective one. Even though I made sure to follow the instructions properly, the frother keeps stopping unexpectedly when I try to hot froth, making a loud noise, and at times giving me cold frothy milk instead of hot. It's been pretty irritating because I've wasted a bunch of milk trying to figure out what's wrong, but nothing has worked so far.

Delayed delivery but eventually arrived
I just bought something from this online store and it actually took longer than I thought to show up. I was getting a bit annoyed cause I kept getting shipping notifications but then nothing changed. But I went ahead and reached out to customer service through their chat system to ask about my order. The person I talked to was really nice and they put in a request to track my package on the 19th. I was pleasantly surprised when my item showed up the next day on the 20th. It was a bummer that it was delayed, but I'm grateful that they acted quickly to make sure I got my order.

Replacement key cap
So I had this little incident with one of the keys on my keyboard - it broke. I reached out to customer service to see if I could buy a replacement key cap, but no luck. They basically told me I had to get a whole new keyboard because of that tiny piece of plastic. Like, seriously? Seems pretty unfair to the customer and not very eco-friendly to just toss out a perfectly good keyboard over a little 2mm plastic bit.

Wow, this pen is awesome! I work in a really busy kitchen where stuff is always flying around and grease gets everywhere. Normal pens couldn't handle that, but this one kept working perfectly. It's definitely a game-changer for me!

Gold studs and diamond earrings
I just bought some plain gold studs and diamond earrings from the website. But honestly, I'm not too impressed with the quality. The gold studs got dented after just one wear, even though they're supposed to be 14kt solid gold. And to top it off, one of the diamond earrings fell out of my ear after only two weeks. It seems like the butterfly clasp isn't strong enough to hold them in place. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality of these items.

Outdoor chair replacement part
I reaching out to customer service cuz I ordered a outdoor chair from this one online store and got a busted piece. They sent me to a different website, and I got to say, their customer service team was on it. They promised to send me a new part and they actually did, and it got here pretty quick. It wasn't next day or nothing, but they really handled my problem well. It gives me a good feeling about sticking with that online store for future shopping.
