    Customer Service Experience

    I recently had a frustrating experience with the live chat on the website. After trying many times to fix my issue through chat, I was not sent to Customer Service. I felt frustrated, so I decided to find another way to solve my problem. Finally, I found Customer Service and was surprised by how quickly they responded and how well they fixed the issue. It made me wonder if the live chat people were not experienced enough to help me or if they were told not to send customers to Customer Service. Even though I was frustrated at first, Customer Service coming to help me gave me a good impression of the company. Knowing there is a reliable way to fix any future problems gives me comfort and makes me more likely to use their services again. I think that customer service is very important in the overall enjoyment of using a company's services.

    Delayed delivery but eventually arrived

    I just bought something from this online store and it actually took longer than I thought to show up. I was getting a bit annoyed cause I kept getting shipping notifications but then nothing changed. But I went ahead and reached out to customer service through their chat system to ask about my order. The person I talked to was really nice and they put in a request to track my package on the 19th. I was pleasantly surprised when my item showed up the next day on the 20th. It was a bummer that it was delayed, but I'm grateful that they acted quickly to make sure I got my order.

    I was really angry when I found out that someone took my photos and started selling them on this site without asking me first! How rude, eh? But when I told them about it, they were super quick to remove those ads. I really appreciate that! By the way, I live in Turkey and I'm wondering if they have support for my country.     Refund delay frustration

    Are you serious? I've been waiting for my refund from Inspire Uplift for six weeks. I requested it back on April 11 to go to my Payoneer account, and now it's May 21. This is so frustrating! I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but all they keep telling me is that they're looking into it. I really need my money refunded as soon as possible!

    Difficult to use after purchase

    After I bought the product, I had a really hard time using it. I got it from two different sellers, but each time I tried, the files just wouldn't download right. Then, when I eventually got one file to open, there were so many choices to change names, it took forever and was so annoying. It was my first time shopping on this site, and honestly, I'm not sure if I'd do it again.
