Online fly fishing gear purchase
I was really looking forward to getting my online fly fishing gear, but I ended up pretty disappointed with the company's lack of communication and customer service. After waiting three days with no updates on my order, I finally decided to send an email asking about when it would be shipped. But even after six days passed, I still didn't hear back or get any shipping or tracking info like they promised. I was so frustrated by the lack of communication that I asked to cancel my order and wanted confirmation. The response I got was not helpful at all and didn't give me any useful info, which just made me even more dissatisfied. Even after following up with another request for a cancellation confirmation, I still haven't heard back. All in all, my experience with this company has been really disappointing, and I thought their behavior was unprofessional and neglectful.

Excellent experience
I had such a great time shopping at 24 Sevres. The prices were awesome, they had some good deals happening, my order arrived super fast, the packaging choices were top-notch, and the stuff I got was really good quality. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
