Monthly subscription purchase
I signed up for a monthly subscription with this company, but I was really let down by their customer service. It took three whole days for them to get back to me about a tech problem, and when they did, I was stuck waiting on hold for an hour. On top of that, the program itself had a bunch of issues that made it a pain to use. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with this company.

Delayed account renewal
I recently had to deal with the domain company for my renewal that got delayed, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. VPN service that worked until it didn't
At first, I was happy with the VPN I got. It was doing its job well for a while. But then, it suddenly stopped working. I thought it might be because of problems with my internet. I contacted customer service for help with the technical glitches, but they couldn't figure it out. I was pretty let down by the lack of help, so I ended up switching to another VPN that could actually do the job for me.
