Masks
I just bought some masks from Hope Health Supply and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. At first, I had a bit of trouble with the masks being too tight and the elastic breaking when I tried to put them on. But the company was super quick to send me replacements, which turned out to be much better quality. There were still a couple masks without a metal nose piece for a better fit, but most of them were decent quality.
Recent mask order
I ordered some masks on March 17th, eh, but I still haven't gotten them. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times, but no luck. It's a bit disappointing, considering it's not the first time I've ordered from them. Normally, they're pretty good with getting me my stuff on time and fixing any problems. They even replaced masks without charging me extra.

I ordered a bunch of masks from here because they looked really nice and fancy, but when I tried them on, I noticed they weren't as thick as I thought they'd be. I mean, will they still protect me from viruses? I gotta find out if they've changed the way they make these masks 'cause I need the best protection possible, you know what I'm saying?

Two expired Covid test kits
I recently bought two Covid test kits from this company, hoping to feel more at ease during these uncertain times. But when I got the kits, I saw that even though the expiration date on the box was still good, the testers inside had expired 4 months to a year ago. This difference in dates made me doubt how reliable and accurate the results would be. As a customer, I need to trust the products I buy, especially when it comes to my health and safety. The note that came with the kits didn't really explain why the testers were expired, so my worries were not eased. This whole situation has made me lose trust in this company, so I won't be getting Covid test kits from them again.
Mask purchase during COVID-19
I found this shop during the pandemic and now I'm a regular customer. The masks I've purchased are top-notch and they always arrive quickly. I make sure to wear a mask whenever I leave the house, so having a dependable store like this is a game-changer.
Face masks
So I bought these face masks, right? But then I decided I didn't want the white ones anymore, so I had to return them. The company said they couldn't take them back because they weren't selling that type anymore, but they gave me a credit for my next purchase instead. Gotta give it to them, their customer service was really good and they handled the situation well. And hey, those face masks were actually pretty decent quality and did the job they were supposed to do.
Colored masks
I bought some colored masks from this company not too long ago, and I'm pretty happy with them. The package got here quickly, and I really liked all the different colors they had. The only thing that I wasn't too thrilled about were the adjustment bars on the masks. They didn't look very nice, and they were really stiff, which made it hard to get the right fit. I think it would have been better if they had used white and softer adjustment bars for colored masks.
Wrong address, great service
I ordered some stuff but it was delivered to the wrong house by mistake. I was really anxious, but when I contacted customer service, they were super friendly and quickly sent me a replacement order. I was really pleased with how they dealt with the mix-up and now I'm a satisfied customer.
