Luxurious cashmere sweater
Man, let me tell you, the customer service at this place is top-notch! Isabelle really went the extra mile to help me out with my purchase, giving me all the info I needed. And let me just say, the delivery was super quick, and that cashmere sweater I got was exactly like it looked in the brochure. I am so happy with how everything turned out and you can bet I'll be coming back. Huge thanks to Isabelle for all her help!
Oversized skirt
I bought this huge skirt from the store not too long ago and man, was I let down by the size! Even though I got my regular size, the skirt was way too big and just did not fit right at all. Ended up having to go through the whole process of returning it, plus on top of that, I had to dish out more money for the shipping to get it and then pay again to send it back. Hoping that the smaller size I got will work out better, but gotta say, this whole situation has really left me feeling disappointed.
Leather boots
I bought a pair of leather boots from your store recently, but I wasn't happy with how it all turned out. I was told to go a size up to a size 7 since there were no half sizes available, but when I got them, they were too big. There weren't any instructions in the package, so I called customer service to ask about making a return. They said they'd send me a return form, but I still haven't gotten it. On top of that, the package was left outside near my front gate exposed to the weather, instead of being put under cover by the front door. It looked like someone might have opened the package before it got to me, as it was half-open when I opened it myself. Overall, this whole experience has been really disappointing.
Clothing and accessories

I picked up these really cute shoes for my vacation and I really needed them to arrive on time. I just bought a blouse and skirt from this shop, and let me tell you, the service was amazing! The staff was so nice and quick, it made shopping a breeze. When my order came, I was thrilled with how good the clothes looked. They were even better than I expected, top-quality for sure!
Next day delivery
I just bought something with next day delivery but it actually took 2 days to get here, which was kind of a bummer. This has happened before with the same company. The customer service and delivery seemed pretty unreliable to me. But I'll admit, the stuff I got was good quality, even though it was a bit expensive.
Shoes
I just bought a pair of shoes from this company and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the quality. The shoes are so well made and you can really see all the effort put into them. They look great and they're super comfy too, perfect for my wardrobe. The customer service was top-notch too, they answered all my questions quickly and the ordering process was smooth. Shoe purchase
I recently bought two pairs of shoes from this store and I gotta say, I was not impressed with the sizing mix-up. One pair fit great and I was loving how they looked, but the other pair, even though they were supposed to be the same size, were too small. It would've been super handy to know the brand of the shoes beforehand so I could compare the sizes with what I've worn before. Because of this issue, I had to fork out some cash for return shipping on the pair that didn't fit. I mean, I think they mentioned the return policy while I was ordering, but it didn't click for me that I would have to cover the cost of return postage.
Mercerised socks purchase
Earlier this year, I bought a pair of fancy mercerised socks. Sadly, they turned out to be a huge letdown. I put them on for the first time and by the end of the day, they already had a bunch of holes. I couldn't believe it! I've never had a pair of socks fall apart so quickly. I thought mercerised cotton was supposed to be tough! I tried reaching out to customer service by email to sort things out, but I never heard back from either email address I contacted. Overall, I was really disappointed with my purchase and the way my concerns were handled, or rather, not handled.
Trainers purchase
I recently bought a pair of sneakers from this store back in May when I stopped by. The sneakers are really good quality, I've worn them tons and liked them so much I decided to grab a second pair in a different color. I was super happy to see that they had the same sneakers in another color, and the whole shopping experience was great.
Quality products
The stuff they sell at this store is really good, but I've been having some serious problems with ordering stuff online. They won't accept my current email address, so I have to either use an old one or checkout as a guest. It's really annoying and it's kind of ruining my whole vibe with this brand. The people working there are super nice and the customer service is great, but they really need to fix their ordering system.

I've been to the store a couple times and I gotta say, they've got a great variety of quality brands. The service is fast and efficient, and my purchases always come nicely packaged. Even though they don't do free returns, I've found the whole return process to be pretty smooth and the refund comes in quickly. All in all, I'm happy with my visits to the store.

Sizing and color mismatch
So I ordered a pair of shoes online and everything seemed good, eh? But then when they arrived, turns out they weren't the right size or color that I picked out. Bummer, eh? I was so excited to wear them, too. Had to go through the whole process of returning them and now I'm just hoping the right ones come this time.
