I bought my wife a $300 handbag she'd had her eye on for ages. But after she wore it only three times, the leather started peeling off. When I reached out to customer service, they just blamed my wife for getting it caught on something. I found their response disappointing and unprofessional. It looks like they have poor quality control and don't take responsibility for their products. I wasn't happy with the handbag or the customer service at all.

Wow, these room lights are amazing! They add such a cool vibe to my room with all the different colors and settings. I'm definitely going to get more of these in the future.

Oh my gosh, I went to Hudson's Bay and bought the coolest black jeans and a super comfy t-shirt. The store had such awesome stuff, I wanted to buy everything in there! The staff were super nice and helped me find my size. Plus, the prices were pretty good too. When I ordered online, the delivery was crazy fast! Overall, I had an amazing shopping trip at Hudson's Bay and I'm so excited to go back!

I bought this really awesome stainless steel water bottle from MiiR not too long ago and let me tell you, I am so happy with it. This bottle is strong, looks great, and it keeps my drinks nice and cold for a long time. So I, like, ordered these pants from this store, eh? But then, when I tried to return them 'cause they didn't fit, it was such a nightmare, you know? I never got the label to send them back, even after I tried so many times. Now I'm stuck with these pants that I can't even wear, eh. It's been over a month and I still haven't been able to return them. It's so frustrating, eh!

So, I had this situation with a fund transfer gone wrong recently. It was a big amount of money and I tried reaching out to the company through email and phone a bunch of times, but no luck. The funds were still missing after almost 2 months. It was super annoying to deal with the delays and not knowing where my money was. After waiting for what felt like forever and bugging them with more calls and emails, I finally got through to someone on the phone who actually helped me out. They mentioned there were some internal communication issues causing the delay, which kinda makes sense. Still, the lack of response at first and the long wait weren't cool. I'd say the service was just okay overall.

The folks on the service team were so nice and welcoming, really focusing on making sure I had a great experience as a customer. It was a breath of fresh air to get such awesome service, especially since good customer service can be hard to come by nowadays. They really went out of their way to make sure I left happy, and I'm super grateful for that.

I bought a set of three t-shirts from this company, thinking they'd be top-notch and durable. But, I was let down when a hole appeared after just a few times wearing them. Even though the shirts were comfy and cozy, they didn't meet my expectations for lasting a long time. I was especially bummed because of how much they cost.

Earlier this year, I bought a pair of fancy mercerised socks. Sadly, they turned out to be a huge letdown. I put them on for the first time and by the end of the day, they already had a bunch of holes. I couldn't believe it! I've never had a pair of socks fall apart so quickly. I thought mercerised cotton was supposed to be tough! I tried reaching out to customer service by email to sort things out, but I never heard back from either email address I contacted. Overall, I was really disappointed with my purchase and the way my concerns were handled, or rather, not handled.

I bought a shirt thinkin' it would arrive the next day, but after checkin' out some reviews, now I see I messed up. I placed my order on August 2nd and shelled out extra for express delivery, but my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I've tried gettin' in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck reachin' anyone. It's so annoying to have dropped $85 on a shirt that might not show up or get my money back. It's really disheartening to see this kind of poor service go on.

The installation of our home appliances wasn't the greatest because of the annoying scheduling. At first, we thought we could pick a date and time for the installation, but we were let down when the scheduled installer bailed out on us last minute on Thursday. This happened again on Saturday before the installer finally showed up on Sunday. Roman, the installer, did an awesome job once he got here and kept us in the loop the whole time. But the lack of clear communication about the scheduling was a real pain. It would have been easier if the company just gave us a set time instead of getting our hopes up about picking one ourselves.

Just got my refurbished laptop from Tech For Less and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. The packaging was done really well, making sure my laptop showed up in one piece. And when I turned it on, it worked like a charm, exactly like they said it would. I just bought a pair of outdoor sandals from this company and I gotta say, I am super impressed with how comfy and well-made they are. These sandals are awesome for hiking and walking on all sorts of different surfaces, they give great support and grip. The design is nice and the material feels strong. As a special effects makeup artist, it's super important for me to find the perfect contact lenses to finish off my looks. I've tried out a bunch of different brands in the past, but I always come back to this one because the quality and comfort of their lenses are top-notch. Whether I'm using regular colored lenses or their sclera options, I find them super soft and comfy to wear for long periods of time. I always pop them in before I get started on my makeup, so they're in my eyes for hours on end - about 4 hours at least - and I've never had any issues with discomfort or irritation. Some of my pairs are over a year old, and they still feel like they're brand new. On top of that, I've bought a few cases from them, and they're really tough and keep my lenses safe. Overall, I totally trust this company and their products, especially since they have the FDA stamp of approval.

So I ordered this wedding gift, eh? And when it finally came, it was all beat up, ya know? Like, who wants to give a gift in a dinged up box, eh? And guess what? Zola didn't even care when I told them about it, eh? They could have at least sent a new box, but nope, they did nothing.

I just bought a little mop from this company and man, I was so let down by the quality. I got two new mop heads for it, and then the whole thing just fell apart on me the first time I tried to use it. Guess going for the cheaper, smaller option wasn't such a good idea after all.

So, I bought some silk pillowcases for me and my fam not too long ago. At first, I was happy coz they felt nice and looked good. But then, after using them a bit, I saw that the stitching near the zipper was coming loose. I followed the care tips but the material didn't seem very strong. When I asked about getting a new one or my money back, I found out that the warranty was only for a year. Even though I liked the idea of the pillowcases, the fact that they didn't last long and the customer service was kinda lacking, it made me not so happy about my purchase.

I had a little problem with something I bought and contacted customer service for help. They were so quick and awesome in fixing my issue, showing amazing service before and after the sale. The webinar hosting platform is super easy to use, perfect for those just starting out with hosting their own webinars. You can customize lots of settings without feeling lost in a sea of options. But, there are a few things that could use some tweaking, like sorting out which fields you really need for people to register. Do we really need both "Name" and "Last Name"? Seems a bit redundant! All in all, the platform is solid and it's obvious the team is committed to making it even better.

I bought a hookah and some flavoured tobacco from Smoking-Hookah recently, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole shebang. The website was a pain to get around and it took ages for me to find what I wanted. When my order showed up at last, the packaging was all messed up and some of the tobacco was smashed. I tried reaching out to customer service to sort things out but it was like banging my head against a wall. All in all, I was definitely not wowed by the products or the customer service from Smoking-Hookah.
