Winter sandals
I bought these winter sandals a couple months back and today was the first time I wore them. It was only an hour before my feet turned all black, just like the sandals. It was terrible.
300€ handbag
I bought my wife a $300 handbag she'd had her eye on for ages. But after she wore it only three times, the leather started peeling off. When I reached out to customer service, they just blamed my wife for getting it caught on something. I found their response disappointing and unprofessional. It looks like they have poor quality control and don't take responsibility for their products. I wasn't happy with the handbag or the customer service at all.
Designer clothing
I recently bought some fancy clothes from this store, but it was a huge letdown. Even though it's a well-known brand with pricey stuff, shopping online was a total nightmare. The address got messed up when I used Amazon pay, so my package couldn't be delivered properly. I tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but no one picked up. They didn't even bother replying to my emails about the issue. The clothes got sent back twice because the store got the address wrong. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, but they took off a big 15€ for shipping. The whole thing was a total mess, and I was super frustrated and disappointed. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Misleading purchase, terrible service
So, I bought this two-piece outfit the other day, but when it came, the skirt was totally wrong. It was all squished up in a little package like an old rag. I tried emailing and calling for a replacement, but didn't hear back. And when I tried the chat, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. It's just unacceptable how they're treating their customers.
Handbag and jacket
The handbag and jacket I bought were so disappointing. I barely used them, but the leather on the handbag is already peeling and the zipper on the jacket (which was $300) broke. My other jacket, from a cheaper store and older, is in better shape even though I wear it more. It's just not right. I won't be buying anything from this brand again.
Cotton t-shirts over $100
No kidding, $100 for a cotton t-shirt? And let me tell you about the perfume debacle. I went to a shop in downtown Toronto and they said they didn't have any samples because you all don't give them any. They told me to head to a mall to test it out. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I'm dubbing you all the kings of budget fashion... because it really doesn't get any cheaper than this.
Double order due to website error
My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I made an order on their website and ran into a glitch that caused a double order to go through. It was obvious that it wasn't my fault, eh, because even the customer service rep in the live chat admitted that the website can get overloaded. But when I tried to reach out to them and fix the issue within minutes, they refused to cancel one of the duplicate orders. The replies from the live chat rep weren't helpful and sometimes didn't even have anything to do with my questions. It was also clear that English wasn't their first language, making it tough to talk to them. And to top it off, I had to pay for shipping twice because of their system mistakes, which just made me even more frustrated, eh. They pretty much told me to just accept both orders, return one, and then deal with getting a refund for one of the shipping charges. The whole process seemed overly complicated and time-consuming, especially since returns were free. I couldn't figure out why they couldn't just change or cancel the orders in the first place. In the end, I felt like they wasted my time and money.
Difficult ordering and refund process, delivery charges
I had a rough time with that online site. It was so frustrating trying to order stuff and get my money back. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for delivery too. I'd suggest going with better-known brands and stores that care more about keeping their customers happy.
Handbag
I just got this new handbag from the store and let me tell you, I wasn't too impressed with how things went down. The bag itself is top-notch quality, no doubt about that. But man, the customer service? Not so great. The staff just didn't seem interested or willing to help out, and that really put me off. It's a real shame to see a well-known brand drop the ball like this.
Shoes ordered, received only an empty box
I ordered some shoes from this website, they arrived on time, but when I opened the box, there was nothing inside. I tried calling customer service but didn't have any luck, finally got an email back after a few days. I kept getting shuffled between UPS and the company, and there was no clear solution. After sending multiple emails with no response, I finally got a confirmation for a refund after a month. It was a really bad experience overall, wouldn't recommend shopping on this website.
Overpriced low-quality bags
I bought a bag from this brand that turned out to be a total rip-off. I spent over 300€ on it, only to have it start peeling after just a few uses. When I reached out to customer service, they had the nerve to accuse me of buying a fake and said it wasn't their problem because I got it in-store. It's a complete scam, don't waste your money on this brand. They are disrespectful and won't assist you. They are basically just fancy thieves who will cheat you out of 300€.
Shoes at Kerry Center, Shanghai store
I had a pretty bad time at the Kerry Center store in Shanghai lately. The folks working there were super rude and didn't have any basic manners or customer service skills. It seemed like they were more interested in helping out other customers they probably knew, and totally ignored me. When I eventually got some help and tried on a pair of shoes, I got yelled at for being too close to the mirror because they were worried about me messing up the paper packaging on the floor. That's not cool at all, I've never seen such rudeness in any other fancy store. Plus, when I tried reaching out to the company online about returning something, I got a generic email in Italian even though I wrote in English. I'm also kinda worried about the lack of info on their ethics and sustainability practices. Because of all these awful experiences, I'll be steering clear of this brand in the future.
Shoes purchase
Let me tell ya, I bought a pair of shoes a little while back and ugh, what a total mess. I sent those shoes back on time, but here we are months later and still no sign of my refund. Every time I try to get in touch, it's just one excuse after the next. They blame Brexit, don't bother responding to my emails, and act like my phone calls are just a nuisance to 'em. The folks there are so dismissive, like they couldn't care less about us customers. I'm totally fed up with the whole thing, I tell ya.

It's supposed to be leather, but turns out it's just plastic. I forked over a bunch of cash for it, and now it's falling apart on me. The quality of this bag is just brutal compared to my Valentino bag, which is still going strong after tons of use. I'm looking for a refund on this sorry excuse for a purchase, ASAP!
Denim dress purchase
So, I recently bought this denim dress from this store, and let me tell you, it was not a good time. Right off the bat, they promised me a 10% discount if I signed up for their newsletter, but I never got it. Talk about false advertising! On top of that, they didn't bother to send me any emails about my order status, so I was left completely in the dark about when my dress would show up. And when it finally did arrive, they had sent me the wrong item! Can you believe it?
I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, dealing with reps named Eleonor S. and Mary L., but they were no help at all. Not only were they uncooperative, but they were downright rude too. They wouldn't send me the right item, or even tell me how to file a complaint. And if that wasn't bad enough, they straight up disconnected the chat while I was still trying to sort things out. Honestly, dealing with this company has been nothing but frustrating, and you can bet I won't be giving them my business ever again.Disappointing customer service
I've been waiting for customer service to get back to me for a whole week now, and all I keep getting are automated messages. My daughter's clothes got ruined 'cause of the color transfer from a backpack I bought from them. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again and I'll make sure to tell others about it too.
Belt purchase
I got this awesome belt, but when it came, it was completely wrecked! I had to keep calling and emailing for three weeks straight just to finally get a return label. So frustrating! I sent it back and now I'm just waiting for my refund. Definitely not buying from here anymore!
Wallet purchase
I bought a wallet from the store not long ago, and I was really bummed when the seams started falling apart after only a month. I thought the quality would be better, especially since it cost 90 Euros. I was hoping for better craftsmanship from a brand that's so well-known.
Delayed delivery and incorrect size
My shopping trip at the store was super disappointing, eh. The customer service reps were totally rude and unprofessional, and not helpful at all, eh. I had to wait a whole 14 days for my parcel to arrive, only to discover they sent the wrong size, eh. It was so frustrating and such a waste of time, eh. And when I requested a return label to send it back, they said I gotta wait for them to send it to me, eh. It feels like they're making their mistake drag on for way too long, eh.
Unworn Moschino bag
So I bought this bag from a big-name department store, and I was really bummed when the material on the outside started flaking off before I even used it. I had been keeping it safe in its drawstring bag, with all the labels still on. When I tried to talk to the company about it and how bad the quality was, the customer service was so unhelpful and pretty much just brushed me off. I'm really let down by the whole experience and I won't be buying anything from them again.
