    Double order due to website error

    My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I made an order on their website and ran into a glitch that caused a double order to go through. It was obvious that it wasn't my fault, eh, because even the customer service rep in the live chat admitted that the website can get overloaded. But when I tried to reach out to them and fix the issue within minutes, they refused to cancel one of the duplicate orders. The replies from the live chat rep weren't helpful and sometimes didn't even have anything to do with my questions. It was also clear that English wasn't their first language, making it tough to talk to them. And to top it off, I had to pay for shipping twice because of their system mistakes, which just made me even more frustrated, eh. They pretty much told me to just accept both orders, return one, and then deal with getting a refund for one of the shipping charges. The whole process seemed overly complicated and time-consuming, especially since returns were free. I couldn't figure out why they couldn't just change or cancel the orders in the first place. In the end, I felt like they wasted my time and money.

    Difficult ordering and refund process, delivery charges

    I had a rough time with that online site. It was so frustrating trying to order stuff and get my money back. Plus, I wasn't happy about having to pay for delivery too. I'd suggest going with better-known brands and stores that care more about keeping their customers happy.

    I just got this new handbag from the store and let me tell you, I wasn't too impressed with how things went down. The bag itself is top-notch quality, no doubt about that. But man, the customer service? Not so great. The staff just didn't seem interested or willing to help out, and that really put me off. It's a real shame to see a well-known brand drop the ball like this.

    Shoes at Kerry Center, Shanghai store

    I had a pretty bad time at the Kerry Center store in Shanghai lately. The folks working there were super rude and didn't have any basic manners or customer service skills. It seemed like they were more interested in helping out other customers they probably knew, and totally ignored me. When I eventually got some help and tried on a pair of shoes, I got yelled at for being too close to the mirror because they were worried about me messing up the paper packaging on the floor. That's not cool at all, I've never seen such rudeness in any other fancy store. Plus, when I tried reaching out to the company online about returning something, I got a generic email in Italian even though I wrote in English. I'm also kinda worried about the lack of info on their ethics and sustainability practices. Because of all these awful experiences, I'll be steering clear of this brand in the future.

    Let me tell ya, I bought a pair of shoes a little while back and ugh, what a total mess. I sent those shoes back on time, but here we are months later and still no sign of my refund. Every time I try to get in touch, it's just one excuse after the next. They blame Brexit, don't bother responding to my emails, and act like my phone calls are just a nuisance to 'em. The folks there are so dismissive, like they couldn't care less about us customers. I'm totally fed up with the whole thing, I tell ya.

    I bought a handbag and a dress

    I bought a handbag and a dress in another country, eh! And what happened, you ask? The handbag goes and starts peeling on Christmas Day, can you believe that?! It's supposed to be leather, but turns out it's just plastic. I forked over a bunch of cash for it, and now it's falling apart on me. I tried to reach out to customer service, but couldn't find a soul to lend a hand, whether in Australia or Italy, eh! The quality of this bag is just brutal compared to my Valentino bag, which is still going strong after tons of use. I'm looking for a refund on this sorry excuse for a purchase, ASAP!

    Denim dress purchase

    So, I recently bought this denim dress from this store, and let me tell you, it was not a good time. Right off the bat, they promised me a 10% discount if I signed up for their newsletter, but I never got it. Talk about false advertising! On top of that, they didn't bother to send me any emails about my order status, so I was left completely in the dark about when my dress would show up. And when it finally did arrive, they had sent me the wrong item! Can you believe it?

    I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, dealing with reps named Eleonor S. and Mary L., but they were no help at all. Not only were they uncooperative, but they were downright rude too. They wouldn't send me the right item, or even tell me how to file a complaint. And if that wasn't bad enough, they straight up disconnected the chat while I was still trying to sort things out. Honestly, dealing with this company has been nothing but frustrating, and you can bet I won't be giving them my business ever again.

I had to wait a whole 14 days for my parcel to arrive, only to discover they sent the wrong size, eh. It was so frustrating and such a waste of time, eh. And when I requested a return label to send it back, they said I gotta wait for them to send it to me, eh. It feels like they're making their mistake drag on for way too long, eh.

    Unworn Moschino bag

    So I bought this bag from a big-name department store, and I was really bummed when the material on the outside started flaking off before I even used it. I had been keeping it safe in its drawstring bag, with all the labels still on. When I tried to talk to the company about it and how bad the quality was, the customer service was so unhelpful and pretty much just brushed me off. I'm really let down by the whole experience and I won't be buying anything from them again.
