Luxury Swiss watch
I recently picked up a really fancy watch from Gevril, and let me tell you, it's the coolest thing I've ever owned! The design is so sleek, and it makes me feel like a million bucks when I wear it. Not to mention, it's got all these awesome features like being waterproof and having a built-in calendar. I feel like a real adult when I have it on!

Photo book purchase
The photo book system was really easy to use, eh, it helped me make my photobooks with no problem. But, I was kinda bummed out about the shipping costs that they didn't tell me about before, it made the total price way more expensive. The discounts they first offered seemed too good to be true, like they just wanted to get people to buy, 'cause the regular prices were way higher. It sucked to see my order price go up by almost 40% because of those sneaky shipping costs that weren't clear from the start, you know?

Headphones
So, I had a pair of headphones crap out on me not too long ago and decided to contact customer service for help. To my surprise, the Drop team was super helpful. David Querubin over at Drop Community Support really knew his stuff and was quick to assist me in getting the problem sorted out. The whole thing was smooth sailing and he had a fix for me in no time. As a person who loves good sound and appreciates solid customer service, I'd definitely suggest Drop to any other audiophiles out there. These folks really go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with their service.

Shoes at Kerry Center, Shanghai store
I had a pretty bad time at the Kerry Center store in Shanghai lately. The folks working there were super rude and didn't have any basic manners or customer service skills. It seemed like they were more interested in helping out other customers they probably knew, and totally ignored me. When I eventually got some help and tried on a pair of shoes, I got yelled at for being too close to the mirror because they were worried about me messing up the paper packaging on the floor. That's not cool at all, I've never seen such rudeness in any other fancy store. Plus, when I tried reaching out to the company online about returning something, I got a generic email in Italian even though I wrote in English. I'm also kinda worried about the lack of info on their ethics and sustainability practices. Because of all these awful experiences, I'll be steering clear of this brand in the future.

Weighted Blanket Purchase
The weighted blanket I got from this place is seriously amazing. It's been a huge help for me to unwind and drift off to sleep quicker, especially when I'm having trouble settling down at night. The quality is fantastic, and I can totally feel the benefits of the Deep Touch Pressure Stimulation. I definitely recommend it!

I just bought antivirus software from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well it protects my devices. Gift spa package
So, my wife's gift spa package didn't show up on time for her big day. I gave customer service a ring and Rachel helped me out. The first package got lost in the mail, but Rachel quickly sent me a voucher and shipped another one. It did come late for the celebration, but Rachel's service and care really made things right. I felt like my concerns were heard and taken care of the whole way through.

Online grocery purchase
I've been using *grocery delivery service* for a while now and everything was going smoothly until recently. I noticed two charges on my bank account that I definitely didn't make - one for $70 and another for $709, supposedly from *delivery service*. I never made purchases like that, especially something so pricey. I contacted my bank and *delivery service* about it, and only got a partial refund that didn't cover the full amount stolen. After a few attempts to fix things, the refunds disappeared and now I'm out $679.20 and $70. I reported this shady business to my bank and the authorities.
