    It was okay before, but in the last year, their service has gone downhill. They're having a hard time finding drivers because they don't pay them much and try to cut costs. I had to delete my account today because they messed up another order and left me in a jam. I wouldn't be shocked if they go out of business soon. On the flip side, Uber and Doordash are great options.

    So yeah, I ordered groceries, right? And then, they went and charged the wrong card, and then when I called, they totally denied it at first but then ended up admitting it was their screw-up. Like, what the heck, you know? And on top of that, the food was super gross and some stuff was missing. Not cool at all, guys!

    The difference between the prices in-store and what Instacart charged me was so surprising. They charged me $21 more than the actual store price, not even counting the extra charges. It's just not right and really makes me wonder if I should bother using Instacart again in the future.

    Membership fee issue

    I signed up for the free trial on this platform, and then suddenly got hit with a $99 yearly fee that I didn't agree to! When I reached out to customer service, they said I already had a trial years ago, but I don't remember that at all. I tried to cancel and get my money back, but they wouldn't help me at all. They were so dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. I was really let down by their attitude.

    Grocery delivery experience

    I was so let down by the grocery delivery service I used. The delivery guy put my food on the garbage can, which is just gross and not okay at all. They didn't show any respect for my order or my stuff, and that's just not right. I think they should be fired for this. When I asked for a refund and some proof of it, they took forever to do it, which made me even more frustrated. The way they handled these problems was not professional at all, and it really shows that they don't care about keeping their customers happy.

    I signed up for a free trial and they went ahead and charged my card without even asking me first! I told them that it wasn't cool and it would put me in a tough spot, but they didn't care. I've been a customer for 5 years, but that's it for me now!

    Rotten produce and missing items

    I recently made my second order with Instacart and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the fruits and veggies I got. They were all gross and not fresh at all, which was a big letdown for me. On top of that, I asked for 4 cans of a certain item and only got 1 in my delivery. Like, seriously? That's not cool at all. And considering how much we pay for this service, you'd think they could pay more attention to getting it right.

    I've decided that from now on, I'm not gonna tip before I see my whole order. I gotta make sure everything is up to snuff before I shell out extra. As a regular customer, it's pretty disappointing to see the quality of service at Instacart going downhill like this.

    Instacart is the worst! I ordered groceries and the shopper couldn't find what I really wanted. Like, why list it on your website if it's not available, that's rude! They also charged me a sneaky membership fee without telling me 😡. When I called to complain, they just said "sorry, no refunds after 5 days, bye!" So rude! Avoid using instacart, it's definitely a scam, ugh 😠. I'm going to dispute that charge, and you should too if they try to scam you as well! 🚫

The person who did my shopping was quick and nice, making sure to get everything I asked for. The groceries arrived right on time and were in great shape. The only hiccup was that I accidentally signed up for their paid delivery and got charged $99 afterwards.

    Missing items in order

    I just bought something from this service, but I didn't get more than half of the stuff I ordered. I tried to complain about it, but they thought I was a fraud and didn't give me my money back. I've told the right people about what happened because I think they should be responsible for their bad way of doing business. It's really frustrating to see a company act so dishonestly and not own up to their errors.

    So, you know, I ordered groceries like two years ago from this app, eh? And then all of a sudden, I get this email from them saying I accidentally signed up for a membership and they're gonna charge me $79! They even attempted to take $800 from my account, but it didn't go through because I didn't have enough money. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were totally useless, man! I ended up deleting my account, but now I'm just waiting for them to confirm that they've removed all my info. It's seriously not safe, eh!

    Two orders, one-hour delivery

    Oh man, what a disaster! I tried to place two orders yesterday and it was a total mess. The website promised delivery in an hour, but ended up changing it to 3-4 hours. And then out of the blue, both orders got cancelled! And to top it all off, no shopping or delivery happened at all that day. They still took my money and put holds on my account for a whole week! Now I'm struggling to get formula for my baby because of this awful Instacart experience. I'm never using this service again. It's a scam and waste of time. The shoppers either bail last minute or never even start shopping, leaving you hanging. It's so frustrating to think your order is coming, only to find out the next day that it's not happening. Just don't bother using this service, trust me.

    First Instacart order

    So yesterday I decided to give this new thing a try called Instacart. It's basically like having your own personal shopper for your groceries. Unfortunately, it didn't go so well. The Instacart shopper, let's just call him Robert G (not his real name, but it rhymes), told me that a bunch of my items were out of stock at the local store. But guess what? An hour later, the store called me to say everything was actually available! What's up with that, Robert G? And on top of that, the store automatically added a tip that I couldn't remove. But luckily, they made up for it by sending my missing items through DoorDash for free. So yeah, it was a bit of a mess for everyone, but at least it all worked out in the end.

    My recent experience with Instacart was frustrating and disappointing. I live in Canada and ended up being charged for a US account that I never approved. When I tried to get it sorted out with customer service, they weren't much help and wouldn't let me cancel the account because of their policy. The person I talked to just kept talking about the policy, without actually solving my issue. I even suggested creating the US account myself, not realizing how ridiculous that sounded. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused, making me feel like my concerns weren't being heard. After this bad experience, I won't be using Instacart again and will warn others to steer clear of them too.

    I've been using *grocery delivery service* for a while now and everything was going smoothly until recently. I noticed two charges on my bank account that I definitely didn't make - one for $70 and another for $709, supposedly from *delivery service*. I never made purchases like that, especially something so pricey. I contacted my bank and *delivery service* about it, and only got a partial refund that didn't cover the full amount stolen. After a few attempts to fix things, the refunds disappeared and now I'm out $679.20 and $70. I reported this shady business to my bank and the authorities.

    Grocery order theft

    I had a really bad time with my grocery order from this service. One of the shoppers I had before didn't bring all my stuff, and even though I complained and asked not to have her again, I got stuck with her a second time. This time she straight up stole my whole order, and Instacart didn't do anything to make it right. I'm super let down by their lack of care and how they ignored my complaint.

    I just tried using Instacart to get some fresh groceries and stuff for the house, and honestly, I was pretty let down. Ordering was easy, but the service itself was pretty meh.     Unauthorized membership charge

    I'm really upset about the service I received. It was a total surprise to see a charge of $99.00 on my debit card for a membership I never signed up for. I never agreed to this charge, but it still went through without me knowing. Then I tried calling their customer service in India, but they were no help at all. They sounded like robots and couldn't fix the problem. Even after asking many times for a refund, they wouldn't help me out. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I recommend staying away from this service so you don't end up in the same situation.
