Subscription fee double charged
My recent experience with Instacart was frustrating and disappointing. I live in Canada and ended up being charged for a US account that I never approved. When I tried to get it sorted out with customer service, they weren't much help and wouldn't let me cancel the account because of their policy. The person I talked to just kept talking about the policy, without actually solving my issue. I even suggested creating the US account myself, not realizing how ridiculous that sounded. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they refused, making me feel like my concerns weren't being heard. After this bad experience, I won't be using Instacart again and will warn others to steer clear of them too.
