It was okay before, but in the last year, their service has gone downhill. They're having a hard time finding drivers because they don't pay them much and try to cut costs. I had to delete my account today because they messed up another order and left me in a jam. I wouldn't be shocked if they go out of business soon. On the flip side, Uber and Doordash are great options.

I must say, the bouquet I got from Flora Express was just beautiful! The flowers were so fresh and colourful, and the arrangement was just lovely. But, let me tell you, the process of ordering was not great. The website was tough to navigate, and it took me way longer than I thought to place my order. The prices were a bit high, but I was okay with paying more for good quality. However, the delivery was a disaster. The bouquet showed up a day late, and some of the flowers were looking pretty sad. I have to admit, I was not happy about it. In the end, the bouquet itself was wonderful, but the ordering and delivery really missed the mark.

I just got a mystery pack of 10 pairs of undies and let me tell ya, I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to buy them on their site. Luckily, I was able to chat with a super helpful customer service rep who really went above and beyond. They were so nice, knew their stuff, and made sure I was taken care of. After our chat, I got a survey where I could give feedback on the rep and even send them a little gift card. I gotta say, I felt like a valued customer, eh? Despite the rocky start, I'm super happy with my undies and the sweet deal I got on Black Friday. Cheers to good customer service, eh?

The company really cares about their customers and always goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy. Their clothes are top-notch and I always notice how much care they put into every little detail. I've had a few problems with my orders before, but they've always been quick to help and it was always a real person genuinely wanting to fix things.

I bought these black hiking boots for my trip, eh, and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. The material felt so cheap, and the stitching was falling apart after only a few times wearing them. Definitely not worth the money I shelled out for them, eh.
