The thing I bought came all messed up at the end of April, eh. I've been askin' for a return label through email for days with no luck. It's been a real pain and takin' up so much of my time, and I still haven't gotten it sorted out. Their return policy is a total joke, I wouldn't recommend dealin' with this company at all.

I recently bought some sports gear from an online store. The products were good quality, but I ran into issues with their return policy. Even though the store is in Canada, I ordered from the UK thinking I could return my stuff and get a refund within 14 days. Turns out that wasn't the case. I got two different sizes and colors that didn't fit right, but they said refunds were only for faulty items. Plus, I had to pay over £20 for return labels and they only offered store credit, which didn't help me at all since the sizes weren't right. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they just sent me back to the refund policy.
Shirt and Pants

Dissatisfied return policy
This store's return policy is just ridiculous. You can only get store credit, even if you did everything they asked. Some folks end up buying different sizes, but then they can't even get their cash back. And the clothes are already pricey, so this policy is just not cool. It seems like a rip-off to have to give your card details before you can use store credit, only to have them charge you right away without letting you use the credit.
Expensive order, no refund
I just bought something expensive not too long ago, but when I tried to return some stuff, I was surprised that they would only give me store credit. They didn't even let me get my money back, which I think is totally not cool. It sucks that they don't have better options for returns and refunds, and this whole thing has really bummed me out. I'm definitely not gonna use their service again.
