    I had a bit of a rough experience the other day when my package went missing while I was ordering online. But, I gotta say, the customer service team at the store really came through for me.     I recently bought some sports gear from an online store. The products were good quality, but I ran into issues with their return policy. Even though the store is in Canada, I ordered from the UK thinking I could return my stuff and get a refund within 14 days. Turns out that wasn't the case. I got two different sizes and colors that didn't fit right, but they said refunds were only for faulty items. Plus, I had to pay over £20 for return labels and they only offered store credit, which didn't help me at all since the sizes weren't right. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they just sent me back to the refund policy.

    The customer service team at this company is really top-notch. I made a mistake with the delivery address for my order and got pretty stressed when I figured it out.     Dissatisfied return policy

    This store's return policy is just ridiculous. You can only get store credit, even if you did everything they asked. Some folks end up buying different sizes, but then they can't even get their cash back. And the clothes are already pricey, so this policy is just not cool. It seems like a rip-off to have to give your card details before you can use store credit, only to have them charge you right away without letting you use the credit.

    I was so impressed with how quickly my order arrived, especially since I live out in the west in the U.S. The clothes I got were top-notch quality, made from really comfy and durable material. They looked just like the pictures on the website and the size guide was bang on. Even though I had heard some worries about the size options, I found that a medium top fit me perfectly, even with my 32F bra size. The only hiccup I had was figuring out the bra with its twist in the front and strappy back, but once I got it on, it felt supportive and fit great. I would recommend checking out influencers or reviews from folks with similar sizes to make sure you get the right fit for you. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and definitely will be coming back for more.
