I keep getting the same automated reply telling me to contact the team, then crickets. I posted a return in early September and still no credit note or refund. I've had quicker responses from a tiny local shop, so this felt unexpectedly slow. Not terrible product-wise, but they really need to fix their follow-up.

She wanted that sweatshirt like yesterday. We never made it to delivery, so I can’t speak for shipping, but the support and ordering experience left a bad taste. Not what I hoped from a brand this size.

apologised, upgraded my shipping and even offered a partial refund instead of useless store credit. The dress showed up the next day. Still not flawless, but they fixed it when it mattered. Relieved now, and a little impressed.

It seems like a rip-off to have to give your card details before you can use store credit, only to have them charge you right away without letting you use the credit.
