So I bought this CP Company sweater from their website not long ago, and honestly, it hasn't been a great experience. I placed my order, got charged, but never got any confirmation email or order number. I tried emailing customer service and got zero response. The online chat was just as unhelpful, which left me feeling like my money went poof. Dealing with a company that has terrible customer service and doesn't even bother to communicate properly with their customers is beyond frustrating. I honestly don't know what to do next.

Terrible experience with this company, eh. Placed an order for $100 back in September 2023 and still haven't received my products. Can't reach anyone in customer service, they don't even reply to my emails, eh. And to top it off, can't even find my order on their website, just keeps showing me an error message, eh.

I recently bought a porcelain figurine from this company as a present for a buddy. Sadly, my interaction with their customer service and shipping process was super disappointing. The item took way longer to get here than the 7 to 9 business days they said on their website. It had to go through a bunch of scans and customs checks, which caused big delays.

I just bought a new bathroom faucet from this company and I gotta say, I am really happy with how it turned out. It's super sleek and modern, and it really adds to the look of my bathroom. Putting it in was a breeze and it works like a charm.

So, I went on the website and ordered a shirt back in February. They told me it would arrive in 2 weeks, but it never showed up. They refunded me for the shipping, but now they're saying it's out of stock? Seriously? I'm super upset right now, I don't even want to shop there again. It's really disappointing and just awful. Definitely would not recommend, it's been the worst experience ever!

I just bought something expensive not too long ago, but when I tried to return some stuff, I was surprised that they would only give me store credit. They didn't even let me get my money back, which I think is totally not cool. It sucks that they don't have better options for returns and refunds, and this whole thing has really bummed me out. The info they gave me was really detailed, and the steps were easy to understand and follow. But, honestly, I think wills these days are way too long and complicated with all those rules and clauses. In my opinion, a will should only be 2-4 pages max. Even though my needs were simple, all those extra clauses in the will made things way more complicated than they had to be.

Yeah, so Neo Financial is great to use until you need help, then it's a total scam. I bought these awesome shoes and everything was good until I got scammed and Neo Financial basically said "good luck" and didn't do anything to help. It feels like they care more about protecting themselves than their customers. It's not cool at all. If you're using Neo Financial, be careful of scammers because you're pretty much on your own if something goes wrong.
