International order to Mexico
When I ordered some vitamins to be sent to Mexico, I was kind of bummed out because I didn't get any updates on where my package was. A whole month went by with no package in sight, and I started assuming I got a refund. Turns out, the customs folks took my package without telling me. Even though eVitamins usually doesn't give refunds in that situation, they made an exception for me. It's important to know their policy, they say they're not responsible if customs snags your order. It was a bit of a headache, but in the end I'm grateful for eVitamins sorting it out.
I bought something, never got it
I waited for my order for months but it never showed up. I couldn't even see where it was because I couldn't log in and they didn't respond to my emails. I'm really upset, I wasted so much money. My advice, don't buy from them!

Eh, so I had a really crummy time shopping with this company, eh. I ordered something and it never showed up because of customs troubles in my country, eh. They said they'd give me a refund when the product got back to them, but I haven't heard anything or got my money back yet, eh. I ordered something from this company and I never got it. I tried logging into the website to see what's up with my order, but my account was disabled. Clearly, this company is a scam and they took our money without giving us anything in return.
Ear candle wax remover from Germany
I ordered this ear candle wax remover from Germany, eh, and let me tell ya, it was so worth it! Took a while longer to arrive than I was expecting, but when it finally showed up today, it was worth the wait. The stuff is fantastic quality, customer service was top-notch, and the price was just right. Definitely gonna recommend eVitamins to everyone, eh! Thanks a bunch!
$100 purchase, not arrived, no response to emails, website error
Terrible experience with this company, eh. Placed an order for $100 back in September 2023 and still haven't received my products. Can't reach anyone in customer service, they don't even reply to my emails, eh. And to top it off, can't even find my order on their website, just keeps showing me an error message, eh.
Vitamins and supplements
I bought some vitamins and stuff but they never arrived, so my mom checked the bank statement and found out that someone used our credit card for gambling! We contacted the sheriff to report it. I believe there's a thief working there and they don't even deliver the items you order. Maybe they're connected to the boss or something.

I bought something from your website on October 21, 2023, but I never got it. I tried to check on my order but I can't log in to my account. I'm pretty bummed about the whole thing. I had to file a complaint in Brazil and now I'm leaving a bad review on an international site.

I just found out about eVitamins when I couldn't find a supplement I needed at my usual store. The price was too high on other sites like Amazon, but eVitamins had it in stock at a reasonable price. I was surprised by how many products they have, the quality of brands, and the good prices. Their website is easy to use, making shopping a breeze. Even though this was my first time buying from them, I know I'll be back. I'm excited to keep shopping with them and try more of their products.

I recently bought some Melatonin from this company and just wanted to share how it all went down. Sure enough, within 24 hours, I got a response back with all the tracking info I needed. I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how quick and helpful they were.
