TrackingI was real bummed out by my recent experience on this website. I've been a regular customer for a bit now, always getting my Ovasitol from them because they had top-notch stuff and service. But my last order in October was a total mess. I waited patiently until early December and still hadn't gotten any tracking info or confirmation that my order was on its way. To top it off, the website kept giving me error 404 and I couldn't even reach customer service for help. It was beyond frustrating, let me tell you.
