eVitamins - Reviews and experiences

When I ordered some vitamins to be sent to Mexico, I was kind of bummed out because I didn't get any updates on where my package was. A whole month went by with no package in sight, and I started assuming I got a refund. Turns out, the customs folks took my package without telling me. Even though eVitamins usually doesn't give refunds in that situation, they made an exception for me. It's important to know their policy, they say they're not responsible if customs snags your order. It was a bit of a headache, but in the end I'm grateful for eVitamins sorting it out.
