Review about: Kobo
New e-reader
I just got this new e-reader and it's amazing! I'm obsessed with reading my favorite books on it. It's really nice looking and simple to use. The customer service was fantastic too, they let me know that the case I chose wasn't compatible, so they swapped it for me. The only thing I wish is that there were more colors available for the cases, I was really hoping for a pink one!

Problem with tax filing
The last day to file my taxes and the darn service was down for maintenance! Can you believe it? They didn't even give me a heads up when I went to pay. It's just not right that their system would be down on the busiest tax day of the year.

I just started getting this magazine and I gotta say, I am really impressed with what I'm reading. The articles are top-notch, making me think and covering all kinds of interesting stuff. I especially love how they dive deep into current events and cultural happenings. And the fiction and poetry parts? They're amazing, showing off some really talented writers and poets.

Shearling Coat Purchase
I recently bought a shearling coat from this store, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the product and the customer service. The coat came with a bad smell that didn't go away even after I aired it out for days. Also, it was shipped in a box without a dust bag for protection, which just seems cheap and careless. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they said they would check with the warehouse but didn't offer a real solution or help. When I asked about the right way to clean shearling coats, they were clueless and not helpful at all. It's been over a month now, and there hasn't been any resolution or acknowledgement of their poor quality and lack of knowledge. I strongly suggest not buying from this store because it's just not worth it.

5th Holster for Dad
This is my 5th holster from this place, and I can't get enough of them. Sure, they might be a bit pricier, but they're Canadian-made and they really go the distance. And the warranty they come with is top-notch. I even got one for my dad because he was so impressed with mine. Whenever I need a holster for a new gun, I always know where to go!

Small vests ordered
The vests I ordered ended up being too small for me, which was a bummer. Even though I double-checked the size chart, they still didn't fit right. I was disappointed to see that the sizing didn't match up with the typical American sizes. Then, when I wanted to return the vests for my money back, I was surprised to see that the return shipping cost was twice as much as what I paid for the vests. This whole ordeal has made me think twice about ordering from this store in the future.

OMG, I ordered this really awesome keychain and oh my gosh, it's seriously the best thing ever! The quality is amazing and it looks super cute on my backpack. I had a special request with my order and the customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and nice. And to top it off, my keychain arrived way earlier than I expected, so I was like over the moon! I would absolutely order from here again, no doubt about it. I totally recommend their stuff, it's amazing!

Personalized children's book
This is the second time I've ordered a personalized children's book, and I have to say, it's been great both times. The website is easy to use, and I like that they give me 11 days to check my purchase and make changes if I need to. The book is really well done, with bright colours and fun illustrations that really make the story come alive. My kid is thrilled to see their name and picture in the book, it makes reading together even more enjoyable. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely order again in the future.

Hotel booking error
Don't bother with this company, eh. I booked a hotel room for me, my spouse, and our twelve-year-old girl on their website. When we got to the hotel, they were all shocked that we didn't mention our one-year-old baby, eh. Because of Expedia's goof-up, we ended up with a room that wasn't big enough for us. No chance for an upgrade either, so we had to squeeze three folks into one little bed. Talk about a disaster, totally not worth all the trouble, eh.

After looking at scent machines for weeks, I finally chose a brand because of their awesome customer service. The Professional Scent Machine, along with the air switch kit, has been even better than I thought. The scent spreads throughout our whole three-story house, and guests have even said how nice our home smells. It was definitely worth the money.
