I just wanted to share that I had a really great experience with the customer service at this store. I messed up my order but sent them an email right away for help. They got back to me quickly and were so nice and understanding in helping me fix the problem. It was all so easy thanks to how willing they were to help out.

I got a pair of gloves from Orvis as a gift, but they were the wrong size. I tried to exchange them on their website using the return number they gave me, but it kept saying there was no match. I emailed customer service a bunch of times over a few weeks, but got no reply. Finally, after sending my emails from a different address, they said they didn't see my emails until one magically came through from an AOL address. They finally gave me a return label via email. But when I tried to return a shirt that didn't fit, I had the same problem with the return portal not recognizing my order number. After contacting customer service once more, they said the portal was down for maintenance. It's frustrating that they didn't tell customers about this on the website, causing confusion and annoyance for people trying to do returns after the holiday rush. The lack of transparency and communication from Orvis about the issues with their return portal shows a lack of care for their customers, which is worrying.
