So I had a bit of a rough time with an online order from this store recently. I thought I was getting the right size, but turns out I messed up. When I tried to fix it the next morning right after they opened, they told me it was already sent out. Seemed kinda fishy to me 'cause the tracking info didn't pop up until later. Even though I tried really hard to stop it, they said it was too late. Had to go ahead and refuse the delivery and pay for shipping. The way they handled things was super inflexible and their customer service was lacking. It was so frustrating and disappointing that I ended up closing my account with them right away.
