Crafting supplies including a diamond art kit and a cross-stitch kit
I recently bought some crafting supplies from here and gotta say I'm impressed. The diamond art kit and cross-stitch kit I got are absolutely beautiful. I haven't finished my projects yet, but I can already tell they're gonna turn out amazing. I've always been more into cross-stitch than diamond art, but figured I'd give it a shot and I'm pleasantly surprised. The quality is awesome, and the kits are so fun and easy to work with. I'm excited to order more from this place.

Eh, so the software I got at first was like a big package deal with all these apps together - it had a firewall/scanner and VPN. But then the company went and split up these apps and started selling them individually. I was kinda bummed out 'cause all I really needed was the firewall/scanner and VPN. It was annoying gettin' all these alerts tellin' me to buy more apps that I didn't even want. So cuz of that, I had to bump down my rating from five stars to four stars, eh.

Customer service experience
When I first got the thing I ordered, I was kinda bummed out about it. But, man, let me tell ya, the customer service folks were quick to step in and help me out! They communicated with me right away and really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Even though things didn't start off so great, I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how they handled it. I'll for sure keep them in mind next time I wanna order something.

Recent classical music CD purchase
I just bought some classical music CDs from ArkivMusic, and I'm really happy with how it all went down. Airport parking
It's pretty disappointing when you get to the airport and the parking lot you reserved is full and they can't honour the reservation. It just adds unnecessary stress and inconvenience, having to rush around to find another parking spot and almost missing your flight. Parking lots need to make sure they honour reservations so this doesn't happen again in the future.

"Aluminum USB hub"
I just bought this aluminum USB hub from an online store, thinking it would be top-notch and really sturdy. But man, was I wrong! This thing is total junk - made of flimsy plastic and falling apart as soon as I tried to use it. Talk about a letdown! The description totally fibbed about the quality, and now I'm stuck feeling disappointed and ripped off. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

Never received order #EU2301
I had a really bad experience with my recent order from Tentree. Unfortunately, I never got my order (#EU2301) even though I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times. They didn't respond at all, so I had to take things further. I eventually got a refund through PayPal, but it was a frustrating and took up a lot of my time – all because Tentree didn't offer enough help. I get that things can go wrong and orders can go missing, but the fact that Tentree didn't bother to communicate or assist me was really disappointing. I hope they step up their customer service game in the future so others don't have to go through the same thing.

I returned my stuff on March 19, and it feels like it's taking forever to get my money back. Roxy received my returns, but they still haven't refunded me. It's so frustrating! I definitely won't be buying from them again, and you shouldn't either. Save yourself the time and money - stay away from their clothes and swimwear.
