I bought something from this store not too long ago and I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out. My order got delayed and nobody bothered to explain why. On top of that, the customer service team hasn't been getting back to me about my emails. It's been more than a month and I still don't know what's going on with my order. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not cool and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here in the future.
Football kit purchase
The way this store handles logistics is just terrible. I bought a soccer kit not too long ago and it's been over a week, and it still hasn't been sent out. I get that personalization can take some time, but waiting this long just for a name to be printed on the back is not cool. It feels like they must be sending it from halfway across the globe, which is just silly. I've never had to wait so long for something to arrive before.
Pink tops, poor quality
Oh my goodness, it was a total disaster! I ordered two pink tops and when they arrived, they were different colours with a poorly done print. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return them, my order wasn't updated correctly, which made the return process a nightmare. And the refund process? Don't even get me started on that - it's just been a never-ending cycle of emails and waiting. On top of that, I had to pay £10 for postage for delivery and return, and to add insult to injury, they don't even refund that. What a rip-off! This company seriously needs to be shut down as soon as possible.
Unreceived order
I bought something from this store not long ago, but my order never showed up. I tried contacting customer service for help, but they were no help at all and didn't solve anything. Even though they said I would get a refund, I still haven't seen my money back and I'm left with nothing. It was a total waste of time and money ordering from this place, like getting scammed. I really suggest not ordering from here.
Mary Earps top for daughter
I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered the Mary Earps top way ahead of time for Christmas as a gift for my daughter, who is a huge Earps fan. The ad said it would come in ten days, but there were so many delays. I contacted customer service, and they said it wouldn't make it by Christmas, but soon after. I complained on Resolver, but only got automated replies. Finally, I got an email saying my order was refunded. They even offered a discount that expired fast, which just made it worse. This was supposed to be a gift from Santa, and they totally messed it up by not delivering the order and then trying to get me to buy from them again. Don't even think about complaining while trying to place an order!
shirt, express next day delivery
I bought a shirt thinkin' it would arrive the next day, but after checkin' out some reviews, now I see I messed up. I placed my order on August 2nd and shelled out extra for express delivery, but my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I've tried gettin' in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but no luck reachin' anyone. It's so annoying to have dropped $85 on a shirt that might not show up or get my money back. It's really disheartening to see this kind of poor service go on.
Overpriced family shirt purchase
Hey, so like, I get that the classics are cool and all, but seriously, paying £560 for 4 shirts is just way over the top. Like, that price is straight-up crazy! I think it's a total rip-off and the store should definitely be checked out for charging such insane prices. Like, who in their right mind would actually drop that kind of cash on some basic shirts?

My recent visit to the England Store was a letdown. I was looking for a long-sleeved shirt but got second thoughts when I saw the 'Fanatics Experience' logo. I've had a bad experience with them before, so I decided not to buy anything. It's worrying to see respected sports organizations like the FA and RFU linked to such a low-quality service provider. The lack of good customer service, wrong orders, cheap products, and unfair return rules are just not okay. It's about time that someone steps in to stop their shady dealings. My advice? Steer clear of any store with the Fanatics logo.

My experience with the store was really disappointing. I placed an order on November 15th, well ahead of Christmas. I ordered a customized England player shirt, so I knew it might take a bit longer. But I didn't hear anything for weeks. When I finally checked in, they said the personalized order needed more time. Today, after another check-in, I was told they were all out of stock. The lack of communication and organization from the official store is just not okay. Luckily, they quickly gave me a refund when I asked for one, since I had given up hope of ever getting that shirt.

I ordered a women's soccer goalkeeper top that's really hard to get because it always sells out so quickly. I was pumped when I got the email confirming my order, but then I received another email saying my payment didn't go through and they cancelled my order! I tried calling but they were closed, and when I finally got someone on chat, they weren't helpful at all. It's frustrating, why tell me to go back on the website and try to order again when it's already sold out? Ugh, worst experience ever!

So I bought this custom shirt for my brother's 40th birthday from England Store. But man, it arrived super late and when it did finally show up, they messed up the numbers I wanted on it. So I had to go through the whole process of sending it back and then waiting a whole day just for someone to reach out to me about returning it. The whole thing was such a bummer and just really annoying. The shirt itself wasn't even that great quality, the service was meh, they didn't really keep me in the loop, and they didn't seem to really care about fixing the issue quickly and efficiently.

I just bought a soccer jersey from England with my name and number on it from an online store. It got here real fast, in just 7 days, and looked exactly like it did on the website. The name and numbers were printed perfectly, and the euro patches on the arms made it look legit. I'm super happy with what I got and how it turned out.

I bought an England hoodie for my grandkid from this shop not too long ago. When I got it, I was super let down by the quality.
