England Store - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought some clothes and accessories from this store and was supposed to get them by a certain date. But, they kept delaying the delivery and didn't even communicate with me. I tried emailing them but got no response until way later, and all they gave me were basic apologies with no real solutions. So, I ended up asking for a full refund because the service was just terrible and not dependable. Honestly, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's frustrating that they don't show their Trustpilot rating on their site because it really shows how bad their service is.

I got a soccer kit from this store and it was honestly the worst experience. The customer service is super bad. They told me my kit would arrive in two days, but it actually took a whole month! And when it finally came, the socks had holes in them! Can you believe that? Now I have to wait another 14 days to return it and get a new one. That's like 6 weeks in total! I don't know why anyone shops here, it's terrible! I wish I had known before buying. So, don't bother buying from this store, it's just a disaster.
