England Store - Reviews and experiences

I bought something from this store not too long ago and I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out. My order got delayed and nobody bothered to explain why. On top of that, the customer service team hasn't been getting back to me about my emails. It's been more than a month and I still don't know what's going on with my order. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not cool and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here in the future.

My experience with the store was really disappointing. I placed an order on November 15th, well ahead of Christmas. I ordered a customized England player shirt, so I knew it might take a bit longer. But I didn't hear anything for weeks. When I finally checked in, they said the personalized order needed more time. Today, after another check-in, I was told they were all out of stock. The lack of communication and organization from the official store is just not okay. Luckily, they quickly gave me a refund when I asked for one, since I had given up hope of ever getting that shirt.

Hey there, so I ordered a Large Youth Football Shirt from the England Store, but I got a Large Men's size instead. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to send them some photos of the wrong shirt, which I did right away. But even after sending a few follow-up emails, I still haven't heard back from them to fix the problem. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has been really frustrating and not cool. I thought it would be easy for them to admit the mistake and find a solution, but it seems like they're not really taking my concerns seriously.
