Microfiber cleaning cloths
I ordered some microfiber cleaning cloths two months ago and I still haven't received them. I've emailed customer service twice but haven't heard back from them. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in getting my order.
Tea towel purchase
I bought a tea towel from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was totally not worth the money. The towel doesn't really dry dishes well, it just moves the water around instead of soaking it up. I suggest going with 100% cotton towels, they actually get the job done right.
New mop purchase
Although the products are really good, I was so let down by the customer service I got. I'm a regular customer, so I asked about getting a discount on a mop because money is tight. But the response I got was rude and not helpful at all. It hurt to be treated like that by a company that's supposed to care about their customers. I was hoping for better from a big and respected brand like them. This whole thing has left me feeling really disappointed and upset.

Honestly, it took so long to get my order that I could have flown to China and back! The first time I bought from them, it took forever to arrive. And when I tried again, I was left waiting even longer. I sent multiple emails, but didn't hear back. For the high prices they charge, you'd think they'd have better service. But sadly, that's not the case. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone.
Mini mop purchase
I bought a little mop from this company roughly a month ago, thinking it would be as tough as the big one I've had for years. But nope, it totally let me down - the mop cloth fell apart after just one wash. I reached out to customer service, they sent me a new one, but yep, same issue. Save your cash, this product isn't worth it.
Large shipment of cleaning sponges
I just ordered a bunch of cleaning sponges from this company, expecting the same great quality I got before. But man, was I let down! The foam inside each sponge totally shrunk after only a week, so they're pretty much useless now. Seems like they're cutting corners to make more money, using cheap stuff but charging a lot. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Small mop
I just bought a little mop from this company and man, I was so let down by the quality. I got two new mop heads for it, and then the whole thing just fell apart on me the first time I tried to use it. Guess going for the cheaper, smaller option wasn't such a good idea after all.
