Although the products are really good, I was so let down by the customer service I got. I'm a regular customer, so I asked about getting a discount on a mop because money is tight. But the response I got was rude and not helpful at all. It hurt to be treated like that by a company that's supposed to care about their customers. I was hoping for better from a big and respected brand like them. This whole thing has left me feeling really disappointed and upset.

The quality of the products really impressed me, but what really stood out was the amazing Customer Service. When I reached out on the chat line, I was helped quickly and efficiently with hardly any waiting time. I was so happy when they offered to replace my super old mop for free after I sent a photo. The level of service was way beyond what I expected, and if this is how the whole company operates, they've definitely won me over as a customer for life.
