Premium account purchase
So I splurged on a fancy VPN premium account, thinking it would give me a smooth and reliable connection for my job managing social media. But man, was I disappointed. The darn app couldn't even hook me up to any networks, making it completely useless for what I needed. Tried to get some help from customer support, but they straight up ignored my request for a refund. And every time I tried to reach out to them after that, it was crickets. All they told me was to delete and reinstall the app, but surprise, surprise, that didn't fix a thing. Being a pro who needs a VPN to get things done, I wouldn't recommend this service. It's a letdown with its lack of functionality, lousy customer support, and complete radio silence when it comes to customer inquiries.

The VPN app is actually pretty good, I gotta say. Sometimes though, I had trouble connecting to certain servers like Russia. But most of the time it was smooth sailing and I could browse the internet without any problems.
Slow proxy speed
The speed of this service's proxy is terrible, only 0.07. It's like I'm not even using a VPN. I had high hopes at first, but they faded when I saw how slow the connection was. I'm thinking of switching to a different VPN that actually does what it says it will.
Quick and easy purchase
I gotta admit, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to use and how well this service works. It's been smooth sailing for me and I really like the added security. The only thing that bugs me is that I wish it worked with router setups.

I bought a VPN for my trip to Dubai, eh, but it didn't work with Skype, you know? So I asked for a refund, and they made me jump through hoops and still didn't give me my money back! Total scam, eh!

Even though the platform confirmed my cancellation, I still got billed by the company. It was annoying to find out they said I had two subscriptions because I signed up on their site and then got the app from the third-party. Dealing with the credit card company to fight the charges was a pain, and it might make me switch to a different card to avoid this happening again.
