Flight delays, lack of communication, compensation refund issues
My recent experiences with this airline have been terrible. Twice my flights were delayed big time, totally messing up my plans. And they didn't bother to tell me anything, so I was just stuck there not knowing what the heck was going on. And to top it all off, I still haven't gotten any money back for all the trouble. It's just not right.

Recent purchase disappointment
My recent experience with this company has been really disappointing, eh. I've been a loyal customer for years, but suddenly they've stopped shipping orders and their customer service has become terrible. It's like they're not even thinking about us, the customers, anymore. I saw on social media that they've hidden all the negative comments, and it looks like a lot of other customers are feeling the same frustrations, eh. The positive comments seem too good to be true. They've even changed their terms and conditions to make it harder to complain, eh. Luckily, I used Klarna for my purchase, and they helped me dispute it. I wouldn't recommend supporting this company, eh.
