Satin ivory blouse
I just bought this beautiful satin ivory blouse from this brand, and let me tell you, it's a fantastic addition to my wardrobe. The fabric is so breathable and feels incredibly soft against my skin. The loose fit of the blouse is perfect for layering over a turtleneck or wearing with a skirt or jeans. Delayed long-term order
So I bought something back in February and it's now July, and I still haven't gotten it! Can you believe how slow that delivery is? So frustrating. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare, their email was no help at all and Instagram was just as bad with their automated replies. Finally I got a response on Instagram, but I had to time it perfectly because of the time zone difference. I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They said I'd get my money back within 5-10 business days, but it's day 10 now and still no refund. Now I have to bug customer service again for answers. This has honestly been the worst shopping experience ever, I wouldn't even wish it on my worst enemy.
Recent order delay
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered back in June and it still hasn't shipped. I've tried emailing them multiple times but no response. It's frustrating and unprofessional to be kept in the dark. I used to love this brand but now I see them differently.
Black Friday order
So I ordered some stuff on Black Friday and it was amazing! But then the company totally messed up and didn't send me one of the things I ordered. And when I tried to return some other stuff, they didn't even give me my money back! I even emailed and messaged them on social media but they ignored me. They basically stole my money and it's not cool at all. I used to like their stuff and ordered from them a bunch of times, but now I'm never ordering from them again.
Recent order issue

I bought something really expensive from this company back in January 2023 and was hoping to get it soon. But it's been way over a year now, and I still haven't gotten anything. I tried to contact their customer service twice to cancel my order, but they haven't responded at all. To add to my frustration, when I went to check on my order online, I found out that my account had been deleted by the company. This whole situation has left me feeling really let down and upset. In my opinion, their lack of communication and secrecy is not cool and makes me question how reliable and trustworthy they really are.
Order never arrived
I ordered something back in January 2022 and I still haven't received it! I tried sending them an email but no luck getting a response. It's been more than 6 months now and there's still no sign of my order.
Leggings
I am totally in love with these leggings! They are so soft and stretchy, making my legs feel supported and comfy. I usually wear an XS, but went for a size up to an S for an extra comfy feel.

Can you believe it? I bought something weeks ago and now it feels like it straight up vanished. No updates, no communication, just radio silence. I've tried reaching out everywhere and of course, no one's replying. It's so frustrating to be treated like this as a customer. Totally not okay.
Wasted money on poor quality clothing
I was so disappointed with the clothes I bought - they were terrible quality. I paid a lot of money and expected way more, but all I got was flimsy polyester that literally felt like plastic. The dresses were see-through, the cardigan and mock neck were thin and cheap. I could have found better stuff at H&M or SheIN. Don't waste your money, go shop somewhere else.
Yoga collection
I just bought the yoga collection from this brand and I'm loving it! The leggings are so comfy and look great, especially when paired with the top I got. The leggings fit true to size for me, but the top was a bit smaller than expected. I'd suggest going one size up for the top for a better fit. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and have already told my friends about this brand's awesome yoga collection.
As advertised but never arrived
I'm so disappointed that I fell for the pictures and reviews on this site, just like many others have. I had high hopes when I placed my order, but ended up waiting for weeks with no updates. This company really needs to work on their communication, it's been terrible. It's frustrating that what looked like a great opportunity turned out to be a total scam.

They've even changed their terms and conditions to make it harder to complain, eh. Luckily, I used Klarna for my purchase, and they helped me dispute it. I wouldn't recommend supporting this company, eh.
